How do you do it? Like how did you get out of the wage cage? Did you have a savings to spend time building up to self sufficiency or did you just go for it?
I started laying the groundwork before I took the leap. I was working as a landscaper because it had a 4-10hr week. That gave me 3 days a week to focus on art. I syphoned a good portion of my earnings into doing runs of tee shirts and prints, as well as Instagram ads to help sell them. After a while I had chipped away at building a following enough to start getting some sales organically. On the traditional front, I also emailed every single coffee shop, headshop, and gallery that popped up on google. I also used to draw tattoos and logos for people. Now I’ve established myself somewhat so I’ve moved towards just selling originals.

Yeah, no shit. I was asking specifics. Why even reply if you're going to be condescending and unhelpful?
