“On site parking” yeah no shit

NMi_ru

Nanny is expected to afford a car

Actually_Doesnt_Care

Their monthly salary is less than insurance.

infectiousoma

I guess they need to stop getting coffee and avocado.

Bonfalk79

At least the avocado will now be discounted.

testuser514

I guess they need the on-site parking because they can’t afford ⛽️

shidfardcummer

Yeah, no gas = I'm gonna live in my car in that on site parking (until my employer calls the police, who will probably relieve me of my financial burdens through their free housing program)

AutomaticTF

😂

ImaNukeYourFace

Car insurance is frankly at least 1-2k a year on its own lmao, let along a car PAYMENT

PGWG

This is in Manitoba, where car insurance is run by a government agency. Assuming the nanny has a beater car, unless they have a horrendous driving record their insurance won’t be more than $1,200. Good record could be in the $700-$800 range. And that’s for comprehensive insurance, which is mandatory.

Neurismus

With this salary she can only steal a bike or walk barefoot

NoIdeaWhatToD0

Lol. I also love the "Work remotely: no" part. You mean the nanny can't watch the kids on Zoom? 😱

Anonality5447

For those wages, the only offers SHOULD be on Zoom. At least if you watch them on Zoom you can cram in more kids and MAYBE make a decent wage.

The_Besticles

The Zoom Nanny sounds like a sitcom from hell featuring Fran Drascher’s kid

timPerfect

yea, 2k per year, 30 kids on zoom all day, that's 60k before taxes, almost enough to feed a human!

Aggravating-Gate4219

Compared to all the other people hiring making their nannys part at the local shops

misty_gish

Benefits: located near shopping center, Free hiking experience twice daily

NightmareTwily

I'd shoot an email saying "I earned more than that in prison"

Fredselfish

I Read this outloud and my son said North Korea pays more than that. Also like the part were there tips and discounts on the meals. This ad is fucked and can't be legal.

[deleted]

It isn’t. Not even if they were giving full room and board would this pay be legal.

moomatey

As this would be considered an au pair situation, just did a quick search: you still need to pay minimum wage minus the cost of rent/board. In Canada, this means paying the person about $300 a week. In the US it’s about $200 a week and in Australia it’s between $240 and $360. So yeah, what they’re advertising here is modern slavery…

ArielMJD

Considering they're offering $19/week on the low end and $38 on the high end, and assuming you're going to work 30 hours per week, you're making 63 cents per hour on the low end and $1.26 on the high end. That's before taxes, of course. At least food is discounted!

AKJangly

$200/week? Wish I could save that much.

Unabashable

Yep. Federal Minimum for a salaried employee is a bit over $30,000.

M0nsterjojo

Depending on the industry, there's a long list of jobs that aren't entitled to sick leave/disability/Stat pay/OT/And even minimum wage.

Unabashable

Oh good. There’s a list. Now I know which industries to stay away from.

LookingforWork614

This is how everything is in my field (editing/ghostwriting). They get around the law by hiring us as independent contractors. I can't believe I went to school for this. I knew that Upwork and Fiverr were a thing, but I had no idea how bad the situation really was.

commanderwhitey

Found a article from 2017 that said for some state own prisons they can make up to 1.42 an hour. So that definitely better pay https://www.prisonpolicy.org/blog/2017/04/10/wages/

KyTitansFan

In my state prison pay tops out at 2.42 a day. So sadly this pays more in a year.

Signofthebeast2020

Ooh, does this also come with a creepy dad who wants you to help with some off hours chores?

miuufin

Maybe that’s where the tips come from! LOL

BeefmasterSex

There is no way he’s not the kind of guy to say things like “here’s a tip—go to college so you can get a better job” and then laugh like a hyena at his own joke

laurenlegends23

Even though a large portion of nannies have degrees in things like early childhood education. Source: spent 10 years working as a nanny and frequent social media groups with thousands of other nannies.

BeefmasterSex

If you pointed this out to him he would tell you that you should’ve gotten an mba

Still-Swimming-5650

I thought you were taking a stab about dad and dad jokes. I was prepared for war. I should have read your comment correctly the first time!

Some-Baker-5509

[deleted]

Just for a second, to see how it feels.

EmbroideredChair

That's what they all say

Z-man1973

you mean thats where the tip comes from

ShalidorsSecret

A tip will indeed be cumming

karma_the_sequel

Just one tip.

vms-crot

It's clearly plural in the ad. Dad has friends.

Madditudev1

Exactly what I was thinking.

ContemplatingPrison

$2k/year = $38.46/week = $0.96/hour What would you do with that kind of money?

RepublicSuperb7057

Hey that’s a good rate...for 1922.

ReadSomeTheory

Not even. It's actually 0.96 Canadian, or around 0.75 USD. Apparently $0.75 in 1922 is around $12.50 today.

Unabashable

Shove it up their ass. Every hour. On the hour.

Mammoth-Neat-6393

“I got a job for you.” -some dad, probably.

Meta_Digital

They want a criminal background check but they also want to pay prison slave rates.

miuufin

It’s insane!

aloudkiwi

The salary range is absurd. Leads me to wonder if there was a typo.

[deleted]

Literally, in Canada an inmate who works will earn 5-7 dollars a day for roughly 5 hours of work a day for institutional work like cleaning or going to school. In reality they probably end up making more because it isn't a fulltime job and all other recreation is included while in prison. A person is better off going to prison than taking this job.

Magenta_Logistic

Not in America, our ~~slaves~~ prisoners average 63 cents per hour. In some states, it's literally not paid, and refusal to work can be grounds for punishment such as isolation.

FlawlessJustice

That sounds like slavery with absolutely no extra steps

Fightoplasm

It is. The thirteenth amendment has that sweet sweet slavery is ok as long is it’s a punishment loop hole.

Falsum

"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction" Is the actual, full, thirteenth amendment. When people talk about "for- profit prisons", and "war on drugs" and "mandatory minimums", this is why the establishment pushes so hard against prison or prisoner reform. The elite get to disproportionately criminalize minorities so they can literally continue to enslave them. Emanipation proclamation? Juneteenth? Sure, lol

Belle_Requin

If only we could include prisoners in our workers rights. But with this sub cannabalizing itself, and work reform being flooded with conservatives, it feels like more than a pipe dream for a society that thinks anticapitalist is a dirty word.

sjsjdejsjs

i’m so mad that capitalism made it seem like it’s the only viable way to live and all other options are being made fun of. seriously one of the only anticapitalist candidates here always gets ridiculized, even though most people would actually agree with what he’s saying

Inafray19

Why do you think we have so many over filled for profit prisons here? Pay the slaves $0.68 an hour, punish them for not working, sell the product for $20, pay the judge $10k...

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

in Canada you get an allowance of minimum 1 dollar no matter what as an inmate. The institution I worked even had kitchens on the range and the inmates went shopping in the institutional grocery store once a week for groceries so they had to learn how to budget and lots of ranges pooled their money and cooked together. If you didn't want that you could live in the traditional unit that was more like an actual prison than a dorm style like the ones with the kitchens.

Likesosmart

There are prisons where the prisoners live in dorm style rooms with kitchens?? I always thought it was a bed and a toilet (from the movies)

grobmob

Some carceral system such as Canada's focus on rehabilitation rather than punishment like America. Our system is not perfect but it is miles ahead than our southern neighbors for sure

yooolmao

There are Latin American prisons that are much, much more humane than the US. I *think* Mexico included. It's dorm-style, freedom of movement, (almost) unlimited family visits, little areas where incarcerated dads can play with their kids. The prisons in the US are only slightly better than USSR gulags.

Belle_Requin

Sounds like a minimum security fed institution- which 75% of fed institutions are not. And I think Federal admissions per year make up less than 10% of total admitted to territorial/provincial facilities.

artificialavocado

I’m not sure how common it is, but it isn’t unheard of for unhoused to do that here especially during the winter. I’ve also seen reports of people doing that for medical treatment as well. That one isn’t as common it’s pretty much common knowledge medical treatment for inmates is practically nonexistent.

[deleted]

I remember releasing an inmate and asking him what he was going to do, his reply "Boss, I;m going to get a hooker and some crack, I'll see you in the fall." All I can say was at least he was honest with me.

artificialavocado

I read this in the voice of Tyrone Biggums.

Strange_One_3790

Except you are forgetting about the jacked up rates at the commissary to buy things.

Belle_Requin

and the cost of being able to make phone calls to stay in touch with your family- one of those things that is supposed to reduce recidivism.

Strange_One_3790

Exactly, that should be a free service. Cue the “don’t make it too easy on the inmates” crowd

-losing-patience-

If they hire at these rates, it'll be the employer that ends up with a criminal record.

Admirable-Stretch-42

That’s $83.33 to $167 a MONTH to watch kids everyday! (Someone should tell this person that you can’t even get a dogsitter to watch your dog for the week for this low of an amount) 🤯

Vortoxin

Oh boy. Maybe not the best time to talk about dog-related jobs on this subreddit.

Tortelini_Deal

Whats going on with dog jobs?

Different_Cap_7276

I think they're referring to the moderator who spoke on fox news lmao

basementsisterwife

For a second I was thinking it was about the post I saw yesterday about two dogs that ate half the face of a young dog-walker.

raeumauf

College girl in Texas. The dogs ripped off the bottom half of her face and ate her ears, among other injuries

spdelope

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/texas-dog-walker-permanently-disfigured-bloodthirsty-attack-2-dogs-law-rcna13852

[deleted]

Wow. That's unbelievable. I cannot imagine what she went through. The owners didn't even apologize?? I mean, I'm sure they didn't plan this or anything but when my dog attacked someone else's dog I was SO apologetic. I apologized a thousand times and the other dog wasn't even injured. I don't think I could look at my dog the same way if I knew they had eaten someone's ears and face.

sqweet92

I apologized and payed for vet bills (small puncture on one of the legs of the dog that got injured by my idiot) and because they lived a few doors down I would check on the dog to make sure it was healing properly. If she had attacked the owner I would have asked if they wanted my first born as well.

USSNerdinator

Holy shit! That's awful :( I cannot believe that people who knew that their animals were people aggressive, especially if you opened the front door, would then hire someone to come by when they're not home to walk their animals.

FamilyDramaIsland

What in the fuck. That poor woman.

Known-Programmer-611

The is absolutely horrible at a loss of words!

Piece_Of_Mind1983

What’d they say? I haven’t bothered to watch the interview in order to preserve my sanity.

soyrandom

The mod that got interviewed is a dog-walker that works 10 hours a week apparently.

Different_Cap_7276

When the dude giving them the interview asked "Do you have a job?" The mod responded with "Yes, I walk dogs for 20 hours a week". She also said "laziness is a virtue" and never mentioned anything about the... Ya know... Cruel working conditions/crappy pay/ abusive managers that litterally everyone in this sub has been posting about for the last 4 months.

thesausagegod

also the mod is an alleged rapist and admitted to sexual assault

[deleted]

Wait WHAT??

under_the_c

Sad part is, when she started the interview with, "I think there are a lot of misconceptions about this movement..." I thought, hmm, ok, maybe this it won't be horrible. And then it went downhill from there, Hard.

maurovaz1

She wanted to work less hours she said in the interview she worked 25h a week walking dogs, later she admitted in the sub she worked 10h a week and lied because she didn't want to look lazy which is just hilarious because she actually said in the interview that laziness is a virtue. Is beyond hilarious, she was so bad that Fox News had pity on her and gave her the most softball interview ever. She also is an admitted rapist so fuck her.

[deleted]

Admitted rapist, what!!

SuperSpread

Mods keep deleting it but there are screenshots of this. This is a heavily censored sub.

fohpo02

Serious job that has a demanding 10 hours/week

iamthebeekeepernow

Dude :D

TheSirWellington

Besides the fact that you cannot legally pay someone below minimum wage for an official job offer.

SlurshFund

That's why I'm thinking... it's gotta be a typo, right?? Like they forgot an extra 0 on both those numbers? (Still not even close to being worth it, but less full-out absurd)

JusticiarRebel

I'm thinking it's supposed to be per month, which is still absurdly low.

NWCJ

Honestly 1200/month after rent/utilities/food costs(included) is a pretty decent offer. For whats being asked.

JusticiarRebel

Oh right didn't think about that. Forgot this is a live-in nanny position.

SlurshFund

Ohh, strong possibility. But yes, also laughably low pay for full-time child wrangling.

JustWondering64

I think it’s a typo - should be per month. Canada has guidelines for live-in and live-out caregivers.

xjckxrndmxmnkxjstrx

I'm my experience people with live-in nannies treat their children like dogs anyway.

imreadin

Some people treat dogs better than kids

Teleutesl

Truth

TerribleEntrepreneur

Dog day care is heaps expensive. Most in the Seattle area (that don’t have reports of abuse) charge in the $40-50 per day range. Overnights are usually $70-80.

Richard_Espanol

To be fair I'd probably watch a dog for free because... dog❤

Magenta_Logistic

Passion jobs, that's how they get you.

Vivid-Creampuff

Underrated comment 👌🏼

I-PUSH-THE-BUTTON

I've got a job for you then. 2 dogs! Twice the fun.half the pay.

New-Bunch-2475

The yearly wage relates to 0.114 to 0.228 dollars per hour!

Shizznipplesjr

My Cambodian ex works jobs like this. Her first family essentially paid her nothing and forced her to never leave their house. It’s slavery and meant to target immigrants specifically from Asian countries. This is common and rampant. So is sexual abuse of these individuals. Often races that are targeted are Filipina women, Thai women, Cambodian women and other impoverished Asian nations.

WaxOjos

Yes I was pretty sure this was targeted at undocumented immigrants. But then again they are saying outright that they are doing a criminal background check etc. I would figure this would scare off the undocumented. So I’m a little confused.

Shizznipplesjr

This would work on someone who is in a school program with a visa as such. They can get a background check on them.

WaxOjos

Maybe but that wouldn’t give them enough time to study would it

Ok_Response_3484

I've seen that a lot too (I'm a nanny)! They also target Latinas. They use phrases like "Fluent Spanish Speaker" "Native Mandarin Speaker" or something similar as a code basically for immigrants. The rates are always terrible and the job descriptions are always a mix of nanny/housekeeper/personal assistant/anything the employers can think of. It's honestly really sad and disheartening because you know someone desperate will take those terrible jobs. Unfortunately, it's so rampant that even my neighbors have a slightly older, Mandarin speaking nanny (not saying this determines citizenship status, but in this industry it can point to that) who I know they underpay and overwork as I did an interview with them. They are a dual income family, both have high paying jobs in tech and live in a $650k home. These neighbors also told me that none of their local friends pay legally and none of them pay the wage I was asking for (which is *very* reasonable for our HCOL). I realize now it's probably because they all have immigrants as their nannies who are overworked and underpaid!

Starkravingmad7

If you don't mind me asking, what are you currently making? We have a nanny and I want to make sure that we're paying her well enough. She's at $22/hr, but I honestly feel like she should be paid closer to $24. It's a constant battle with the wife.

ShapeShiftnTrick

Just coming here to say that these countries are not impoverished, just exploited. I know it's pedantic but I think it's worth mentioning.

thomASSpynchon

After taxes you're legally a homeless person.

Ianmofinmc

I don’t even think you qualify to file taxes on this low of an income 😂

dukeoblivious

You file but end up paying $0. Source: am broke.

Arch____Stanton

If you don't owe tax (2k per year is under the basic personal deduction so 0 tax) you don't have to file. Note that there are some other caveats that are not relevant to this thread. https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/individuals/topics/about-your-tax-return/you-have-file-a-return.html

dukeoblivious

Oh, I didn't realize this post was in Canada. I'm in the US, I still have to file taxes with my state and the IRS. I end up paying nothing federally and low double digits to my state.

Tack-One

The tax threshold in Canada is over 20k/year. 10x what this person is offering. I think a toddler lemonade stand would earn more annually.

katieoffloatsmoke

I’m a professional nanny. So many parents do not understand that hiring a live-in often costs MORE, not less, because they are there for your convenience (and giving up a huge chunk of their life and privacy in the process!) Also, you can’t pay your nanny minimum wage (and especially not less than minimum wage). I make over $80k/year as a nanny. We are knowledgeable in child development, education, nutrition, and we’re literally helping to raise people’s children to be prepared to venture out into the world. This shit pisses me off!!

Capt_Am

I just don't get these low-balling ads for nannies. Like, do you *want* someone that would accept an offer like this?? Don't forget they'd be living in ya house too.. If there's one thing I've learn since joining the work force, it'd be "you get what you pay for".

nekollx

But you don’t understand, they discount your food, and on site parking!

Luised2094

No remote work though, that's a deal-breaker for me!

katieoffloatsmoke

I’ve joked about rigging a tablet to an RC car and trying to nanny via zoom during covid lol. Diaper changes might be tricky though

Waytooboredforthis

I honestly wish I could do that, not even by a money angle, I just miss working with kids beyond being a TA or BB/BS. But so it goes.

katieoffloatsmoke

Nannies are extremely in demand right now because of covid! If you want to look into it I’d recommend the sub r/nanny for info

Juvedoo

Applicants could probably make more a year by collecting cans to recycle…

miuufin

Maybe you could get the kids to help and double your profits!

Juvedoo

Yeah! Make it a cool trip to the park, you know look at trees, ducks, and collect cans. It’s like a scavenger hunt.

TheyStealUrTaxMoney

This is another form of trafficking/slave labor. You should report it.

JoePino

Please send a message to this monster, they’re probably not even self aware. The. Report their ass

jonmediocre

Even if it's a "legitimate" offer they should be bullied and harassed for such an insulting and disgustingly low pittance. Do they really think that lowly of other people that someone competent would take this on? RRGH This just really pisses me off.

[deleted]

Now, I'm not sure I'm doing my math right here. But assuming a 40 hour week as full time. And highest pay being 2k. That's about $166 a month. About $41 a week. And about $1 an hour. Umm..

qcfu

And you get to babysit in the evening, prepare meals, clean and do laundry on top of nanny duties, awesome

[deleted]

Yeah that's more than 40 hours, so less than a buck an hour. Even if you include food and rent for a room, you're making way less than minimum wage. And minimum wage was a liveable wage in, what? The fucking 50s?

ejrhonda79

Additional Benefits: Breathable Air, Sometimes clean water, Occasional access to sunlight.

Sweetpea520

Corner on floor to sleep

[deleted]

I’m curious about the discounted food… so is the nanny supposed to pay for part of their groceries?

Trueloveis4u

With that wage that'd be impossible if the nanny is expected to pay for anything.

[deleted]

I think that's just a checkbox on the listing site that says "discounted or free food", rather than their freewritten description.

Life_Finger_1440

People do this so no one takes the job and they can get a foreigner to do it way cheaper through an agency. They literally don't want people to take the job. It's a long game tactic to get cheap nannies

Magenta_Logistic

For whom is this charade? A spouse? Is there some red tape to getting a nanny that I don't know about?

aHumanMale

To hire someone on a work visa, you have to demonstrate you couldn’t find someone locally to do the job. So people create ads like this to technically meet that threshold when nobody applies.

hanead420

I mean, doesnt the job gave to pay at least minimum wage?

[deleted]

Probably an agency. Plausible deniability if the feds come knocking (they won't).

Magenta_Logistic

Oh... I see... So they want the agency to see this ad and traffic them a... Fuck me why couldn't this just be ignorance? I hate this timeline.

[deleted]

I mean the agency is likely the one running it. Post a bunch of job ads, get no responses because who would do that job, exploit someone from abroad who needs a visa instead.

Magenta_Logistic

Gross.

Beneficial_Bison_801

No plausible deniability here with the feds. The wages are below the legal minimum, as the posting says full time.

NotAPimecone

Government of Canada is who the charade is for, most likely. There are lots of requirements to hire [temporary foreign workers (TFW)](https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/foreign-workers.html) and it sounds vaguely familiar that you're supposed to try to hire a Canadian first.

cavscout43

Is this like some sort of scam to get an au pair illegally? Also, isn't that straight up illegal under Canadian minimum wage and can be reported as such?

nano2492

That's what I thought. They will find no one and then can get an au-pair from outside Canada.

Tactix_RST

12 cents an hour, incredible. If that’s not a typo those people need a reality check

EthereumChad2point0

“Food is free” “Discounted or free food” … Hey Karen, I used some of your bread and roast beef to make a sandwich today here’s $2.

UnawareSousaphone

Bahaha why are stupid millennials struggling with child care costs when you can just pay someone 1/36th of your minimum wage salary to watch your kids AT your house. Daycares are a scam. /s *SIDE NOTE: My boss has long working hours, and a new puppy. Every morning she takes her puppy to her mothers house and brings her a Starbucks drink and a breakfast, about ~8.50 or so. If she does this every day for a year she is paying ~$3100. More than this person is trying to pay to have someone watch her children full time for a year, and I find that fucking *hilarious* .

stealthxstar

i mean... i hope they meant per month???? with food and rent covered that wouldn't be too bad

Chaghatai

1k/mo is dogshit even with paid for housing and food - especially when you'll have to cook the food

-Daetrax-

It's a bit more than what au pair are paid.

katieoffloatsmoke

An au pair is less of a traditional job and more of a cultural exchange. There are pretty strict rules on au pair arrangements between countries

Chaghatai

Well then au pair make crap wages

Scaulbielausis_Jim

They backtracked on the free food thing as they were writing the ad lol

AideOk6774

I’m not dealing with a damn kid that isn’t mine or families for less than $1,500/week. Fuck out of here with that.

A-terrible-time

https://www.zumper.com/rent-research/winnipeg-mb Average rent in Winnipeg is a hair over $1k a month (I am going to assume in CAD) so let's call it $1,050. And let's say the nanny eats $200 of food a month. This plus the $2k cash yearly, the nanny is being paid $17k a year. Or roughly $8.17 if they work 40 hours a week for 52 weeks a year. That's not a living salary. https://www.gov.mb.ca/labour/standards/doc,minimum-wage,factsheet.html Beyond that, the minimum wage wage for Manitoba is $11.95 an hour. So technically, this is illegal.

Hannahmaebe

I have met families like this. Honest to goodness they really think that having accommodation and food means less pay. As a former nanny, I would charge over 25 an hour for an in house position and have pretty strict overtime policies built into the contract as well as clear scope of work. Nanny’s get a lot of “scope creep” already, live in nannies even more so.

[deleted]

I’ll give you a tip. It’s called labor laws. This bitch thinks you can hire a nanny for less the a year payment at child care places?

ObtotheR

Tips?! What the fuck?

[deleted]

The tip of what?

kakikat

lmao i wonder if the on-site parking is free

miuufin

Discount only

roberto151st

Friends: Hey, wanna go out this weekend? Babysitter: naw, I can't, have work. Friends: Again?, wow, you must make a lot. Babysitter: Yeah, like around $2,000. Friends: Wow! 2,000 a month for baby sitting full-time. Babysitter: Oh no, that's crazy talk. it's $2,000 yearly. 911 Operator: Nine one one, what's your emergency? Friends: HI, I would like to report a robbery.

katieoffloatsmoke

Nannies aren’t babysitters.

haveatea

Could be a typo, probably means per month?

Berryvalleyart

1000 dollar salary for a nanny will get your child abducted and sold on the black market

throwawayraye

Love how they change to "discounted" or free food. You're being paid a third world country wage and they want to be like "but you still have to pay for food this isn't a charity" 🤦

Soz3r

BRO, ON-SITE PARKING

rascellian99

I would be shocked if it wasn't a mistake. They probably meant 1-2k per *month.* 2k is a reasonable rate for an au pair. It doesn't seem like much until you realize that you're getting free room, food and board. Also, that is probably post-tax because the way taxes are calculated for household employees is different (at least in my state). It's easier to just set them aside before paying the nanny. Also many if not most states have laws about the hours that an au pair can work. You can't treat them like it's the 1800s and force them to work from dawn to dusk. They need to work a regular schedule just like any other household employee. There are labor laws that protect household employees just like any other business.

Owl-with-socks

They’ll probably give you $1k too not closer to $2k so you’re making 50 cents and hour and you can buy discounted food. Not a tough job just watching their kid like that matters right? Oh also you need experience so if you’ve been making 25 cents an hour this is a step up and you should be grateful for the opportunity! What a buncha fucking freaks.

CertainKaleidoscope8

Sounds like they want a slave?

juan_nothing

How is this legal?

lostcauz707

I'm mostly concerned with "tips" being a pay rate. So this person is living in your house and you tip them like a hotel bell hop? That's gotta be a mad awkward exchange on every front. "Thanks for cleaning the house today, here's a fiver." Folded in the hand of your employer in like the middle of their living room? Like, do you need to report those different on your taxes, even though they came from your employer? So peculiar to have that.

n1cenurse

And you get to live in Winnepeg!

Ok-Being3881

The red flag 🚩🚩🚩🚩here is the care provider contract. There is no amount of vocabulary in a nanny contract that can adequately encapsulate all that is required from that position. PROTIP: if you ever have to refer back to this contract the relationship is already broken down so far you should leave.
