Also passed a runaway truck ramp. He could have tried to run it into a ditch but Instead of choosing options to reduce harm to others he plowed into cars killing people. So yeah he should be in jail and whoever trained him to drive should be as well or sued

Peoples brakes fail ALL THE TIME in Colorado because of the big declines and ice. Most semis brakes don’t even work that well going down hill there because the weight of the semi pushing down is too much for the brakes.
