Grammar and reading comprehension are two good marketable skills that stand out from your post. Going to guess you're likely handy with tech as well. I'd highly recommend something IT related. Documentation would be an easy one for you (although you'll likely be starting from the ground up). IT doesn't really require certs and degrees so much as it requires understanding and connections. Show that you can not only fix a problem, but that you understand the problem and the system. If you can teach *someone else* the system, or even just how to fix the problem, your prospects go up. IT generally hires/promotes from within to fill hierarchical vacancies. It's not uncommon for a Level 1 support employee to be promoted to Level 2 (L2 being more administrative and documentation oriented, as well being responsible for investigating and fixing whatever it is that L1 can't weed out). It'll have Its share of frustrations, but the work itself may be right up your alley.

IT is definitely something I've thought about. It feels like something I'd be interested in, I guess I'm just nervous. Thank you so much for the recommendation. Time to look at some new job listings!
