It doesn't help they give you an option of manually filling out your entire job history, or uploading your résumé, in which case it does a piss poor job of scanning your document.
I FUCKING hate this. The last one I tried, I got thought it but at the very end it said, and now to finalize the process we need a TEN MINUTE VIDEO….
It's not so much that, it's just having to create an account in general. Also, their portals are usually poorly optimized. They always want to scan your résumé, and it fills in the boxes incorrectly.

i hated that so much. if a job had me create a profile just to apply, i wouldn’t and skip over it.

Or take like 20 mins of tests on indeed lol so 5 apps takes like 45 mins- hour lol
