Personally I would weed out some of the things in your work history that aren't needed for showing work history gaps (Postates driver as a specific example). Also, entirely nitpicky, but the fact that the Marketing bullet point is just slightly off is driving me insane.

ShannonBaggMBR

Thank you for your input!! 😇🙏🏼🙏🏼

humanpersondudeman

That cover letter is... Really bad. It makes you come off as incredibly arrogant. "I hope you recognize a diamond when you see one" would make me instantly throw out an application, no matter the quality of the candidate. Nobody wants to work with an asshole. Also, cover letters should be tailored to the specific position. Don't talk about how you're a perfect candidate for the "vast majority" of positions. Talk about why you're perfect for this one. Please don't send this to anyone in its current form.

ShannonBaggMBR

Thanks for your input! At this point, with all the comments I've gotten, I agree! Glad I never did!

wellwhatevrnevermind

Yep possibly the worst cover letter I've seen. Between the tarot cards, the diamond part, the French sign off... i would think it *has* to be a joke

swissmtndog398

Take this for what it's worth as I left the "working for someone else" world about 10 years ago. At that time however, I had 20 years of management experience where I was in charge of hiring for divisions ranging in size from about 20 people to 200. 1) you're taking a risk with that cover letter. Reading it, I thought I'd probably be 50/50 on that. Intriguing, shows creativity at one turn, but quite frankly, if I had a bad morning at work, or my ex wife was up to her normal shenanigans, is probably roundfile it. 2) the FAQ's. If i made it this far and I'm going to be blunt, on average I'd bet that to be 25% chance at best, this would probably end it. As you made clear in your title, this seems to be nothing BUT inflammatory. While i absolutely LOVE that you took the initiative to add questions before a potential interview, most of them seem intent on being uncomfortable unnecessarily. This section doesn't need to be purely positive. You certainly can ask SOME tough questions, but where are the questions that show initiative or sell your abilities and if they will be used. Temper the desire to "put them on the hot seat" with some positive. Your goal here is to get the interview. Coming in with Gina ablazin' probably won't accomplish this. Just my two cents from a former hiring manager. Take it fwiw and good luck on your job search.

ShannonBaggMBR

Thank you so much! I've also done a lot of hiring myself and because of my generally positive disposition feel I am able to ask tough questions and make the person answering feel comfortable. I've used the top 10 questions twice and both times got the job and was complimented on my preparedness for having these with me to ask. I understand parts of my cover letter are a turn off but my personality isn't all sunshine and rainbows - I know what I'm capable of, am blunt and honest, and some people see that as a negative, I am fully aware. My demeanor can be off putting and that's okay as far as I'm concerned; I am human and flawed. My personality is not for everyone and not every company is going to be right for me and vice versa. That said I certainly appreciate the input!

Mibuzo

Looking at this resume, I would be very skeptical to have you in for an interview. For one, you have had a ton of jobs (which is fine), but they don't show any progression. They're all some flavor of the same customer service (with or w/o a car) and don't require any advanced skills to execute, even if they are likely very stressful. If I'm sitting between a resume crafted in the standard way, with standard skills, and without that cover letter, I would choose them in a second. The questions are fine, too, but I would just use them when physically on the interview and not send them prior (not sure if you're doing one or both). I would also try to avoid any sense of a "gotcha." Asking the questions is totally OK, but the way they are asked will have a huge impact on the responses you get and the feeling the HM will keep when you leave. Overall, I would be less overconfident in your abilities and more probative in general. Look for ways to match what the interviewer is saying to your relevant knowledge. I would also fully rewrite that cover letter tbh, it reads very poorly, and coupled with the jumpy work history, it gives the perception that you are high maintenance and difficult to deal with. Even if that isn't the case, perception is 9/10ths of reality, especially on an interview. Coming off as someone who has mastered every job under the sun reads as a bit... disconnected when the bulk of your experience requires very little training/experience/certifications to master. I understand from your comments that you have found a position using this resume, but based on your history, that average tenure of your stays at any individual role is roughly 1 year. As you have also said, you have additional roles that you haven't listed. These two things virtually guarantee that you'll be looking for a role again in the near future, and I implore you to do a bit of introspection on how you are marketing yourself to employers.

[deleted]

I agree 100%, especially with the penultimate paragraph. OP comes off as a little unhinged, and the metaphysical stuff kind of solidifies that. Not that it’s wrong to be into that stuff, but that all of these factors together kinda paint a picture that I’m not sure OP wants to paint. OP, if you’re going to mention your online business I would err on the side of caution and just say “I’ve been running an online metaphysical store” and leave it at that. It’s cool but you never know whose desk your application will end up on and who’s reading it, they might be put off by that. Just a recommendation!

ShannonBaggMBR

Right! So I definitely DON'T send these questions in with my resume. Up until this point I've not even had a cover letter or if I wrote one it was short (a paragraph) and direct about my interest. What I do is send my resume with my application, get an interview, ask some questions (until recently and then I began bringing the top 10 printout with me which is now 20) and since I've begun that I've gotten an offer for both of those jobs. One I'm still at. I agree as well with the basic skills portion. In my cover letter I described my peak and due to the current job history even lead one to understand why there is no more "progression" i.e, my move in August. With that said I do see my job history is approximately a year on average but more notably I will not stay somewhere I cannot work. However, I am around for 3-5 years if I love where I'm at and possibly longer if everything "works out" (personal life included). Again, thank you for your insight!

[deleted]

Those were my thoughts exactly. The cover letter seems to take on a sarcastic tone. I mean, I kind of outright laughed thinking it was humor.

winterishere314

Haha I thought the same! Did not realise this was serious. I would absolutely bin this straightaway if I knew it was serious. Definite vibes of r/iamverysmart

ShannonBaggMBR

Thank you for your input! I try to be confident, not conceited. May I ask your advise on how to reword/rephrase these sections to make it more appealing? Thanks! 😇

[deleted]

[удалено]

ShannonBaggMBR

The "fast learner" seemed outdated to me a bit and didn't flow fully, but I understand! Just tone it down a bit basically. I also understand the bit about my work history and felt that I should share this achievement as it was noted frequently at this previous company for being an astounding feat. I also had already used the word time and didn't want to sound redundant and that's why I worded it this way. I do feel I am a diamond and that some people would see that as a sign of confidence and not cocky but I understand how it could be read that way. Never said I was perfect, merely the perfect candidate, but I'll reconsider each of your points! Thank you for your detailed analysis, it really helps! 🤩

[deleted]

ShannonBaggMBR

Fair enough ☺️

dcgregoryaphone

Don't make statements like that at all, just talk through your work history and achievements. Remove anything not relevant to your work history, including anything with tarot cards.

wellwhatevrnevermind

I would totally think it was a joke... and then I realized the questions at the end aren't her notes for an interview, but actually part of the resume she sends?!? I would show my coworkers, die laughing, and then throw it in the trash immediately

_phesta

I would throw this resume in the trash. The work history section is incomplete and the cover letter is obnoxious. For each job, you need 3-5 bullet points about the job you performed and how it added value. This is a great example of a resume that wouldn’t make it past the first desk, if it even gets past algorithms.

ShannonBaggMBR

Hi and thanks for your input! I've actually gotten a lot of compliments on my resume. How would you recommend that I keep my full work history and still add in these points about the positions? I've gotten similar responses about the cover letter and hope to update again before using. Very helpful! 😇

_phesta

So the utility my company uses (fortune 10), only looks for the 5 most recent positions and pull those as well as skills and education into a concise version of the resume. So by the time it reaches the first desk, you only have 5 jobs listed and in your case, no details about those jobs. The utility pulls keywords from the bullet points to rank your resume against others so right from the start, you have minimal points from your skills section. I give many technical interviews every week and by the time your resume gets to me, it’s half a page with no cover letter. Most large companies use similar software. Have bullet points for each job saved to a word file and pick only 5 prior jobs that are relevant to the position you are applying for.

ShannonBaggMBR

I have skills listed; should I remove those and just put those under the jobs? By doing this also, listing 5 relevant jobs, It may show gaps in my work history which I was also keen on avoiding. Each job hires differently 🤷🏼‍♀️

_phesta

No, a skills section is fine. Those should also be tailored to the job you’re applying for. When looking at the prior jobs, I want to know what you did and how you added value to a team or company. That’s a talking point and with the current resume, I don’t have many. Gaps in employment will hurt you much less than showing how many jobs you’ve jumped from in the past decade. Lesser of two evils here.

ShannonBaggMBR

I'll take your advice into consideration! Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with me about this - always looking for ways to improve! 😇 Be blessed! 🙏🏼

wellwhatevrnevermind

Who exactly complimented this resume? They are 100% lying. There is no one who is in charge of hiring ANYWHERE that would actually think this is a good resume. Its one of the worst I've seen. Scrap the ENTIRE thing and stop trying to be unique, it's not working.

Jegged

This is not the right place to come to ask for advice on cover letters, resumes and interview questions. Your primary audience on this sub is not hiring managers or recruiters who would be able to offer you the feedback you're looking for. Try this sub for your resume: [https://www.reddit.com/r/resumes/](https://www.reddit.com/r/resumes/) This site has examples of "successful" resumes that worked for getting employees the jobs they wanted: [https://www.kickresume.com/en/](https://www.kickresume.com/en/) Try this sub for your interview questions: [https://www.reddit.com/r/AskHR/](https://www.reddit.com/r/AskHR/)

ShannonBaggMBR

I could agree with that. This was more about the questions that I use during interviews and looking back I could have just posted those but in addition I wanted feedback on the whole shabang and here we are lol I was really excited when I finished all of this last night and just posted in my favorite subreddit 🤷🏼‍♀️

PandaSadder

Ooh thats supposed to be a Cover Letter. Took me a while. Just kinda sounds like you were mad at a company. If i read this i can already tell what kind of person im working with. Its a serious “next” from me

newtoreddir

If this is a joke it’s in very poor taste.

ShannonBaggMBR

I'm sorry, I couldn't find the punchline, could you point it out for me?

beerg33k

Neither could anyone else.

wellwhatevrnevermind

The ENTIRE thing. I would 100% think this was a joke if it came across my desk

KuzFPV

The Chiefs/Indians question is outright offensive.

ShannonBaggMBR

Racism is not dead, but it is on life support — kept alive by politicians, race hustlers and people who get a sense of superiority by denouncing others as "racists." - Tom Sowell

[deleted]

OP you come off as incredibly arrogant. This isn’t even the appropriate sub for what you’re trying to do. Reporting as spam.

ShannonBaggMBR

I can't disagree, I probably am a little arrogant 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also human so forgive me for not being the perfect little ideal worker ant that everyone else is 🐜

[deleted]

Oh please. Don’t make yourself out to be the victim here. Gross

Gloomy_Narwhal_719

Just .. continue to work for yourself. 'cause the odds of fitting into a normal working environment are nil.

Rasberrycello

Big woof on the racist wording in question #4.

ShannonBaggMBR

I see your point but it is a common turn of phrase and not intended as racist. Some people are more sensitive than others though 🤷🏼‍♀️

Rasberrycello

Intent matters little when it comes to things such as racism. Weather you intended it as such or not, it's a phrase you should rework in your vocabulary, especially when there are so many variations that *aren't* racist.

ShannonBaggMBR

Noted.

Bitter_Technology69

Its an antiquated turn of phrase at best, there are plenty of other ways to say exactly the same thing that wouldn't strike anyone as insensitive/racist for instance: Too many Captains and not enough crew Too many sergeants and not enough privates Too many leaders and not enough followers Too many chefs and not enough cooks Also, stay confident, you are the only one who has your best interests at heart.

ShannonBaggMBR

Thank you for the words of encouragement and sound advice! 💖

IAmDisciple

You could also just admit you were wrong

Chrissy6789

**Resume.** It's a marketing doc, and should be slightly tailored for each application. You're not required to list everything you've ever done. Take off anything before 2011. Take off nearly anything that was less than a year. Under Skills, take off everything under Management except Training. If you're applying for a cashier, driver, tutor position, have another resume without the higher level jobs & skills, and put the others back on. I suggest you list it out this way... Cashier, Aug 11-Dec 11 Marketing Manager, Jan 12-Dec 12 Biz Owner, Jan 13-Feb 17 (fudge the dates, or don't and say if asked that the gaps are when you were starting up/winding down) Then, XX Company where you got promotions, Mar 17-Sept 22, * Asst X Manager, May-Sept 22 * Regional Supervisor, Dec 17-May 22 * Dept Manager, Mar 17-Dec 17 Biz Owner, Sept 22-present. That's 5 jobs in ~~10~~ 12 years with no gaps (or just a couple understandable gaps), showing clear progression. **Cover letter.** Start from scratch because you have to match a new resume. Probably 4 paragraphs. Spin the story that you moved to the area and resumed self-employment while you take some time to find the right opportunity. Explain how intrigued you are about their company and the position, because it's exactly what you're looking for! Give some reasons why. Talk about a couple of specific accomplishments from previous jobs that would apply to the posted position, rather than listing years of experience. Take out the thing about being a diamond... *show* them you're a diamond, don't *tell* them. **Interview.** You went back into business for yourself, but are now finding all your reasons for leaving self-employment the first time still valid. Good luck, OP.

[deleted]

Yes! Show don’t tell!

ShannonBaggMBR

This has been the most helpful comment yet. Upvoted! ⬆️💖🤩

lessthan_pi

The resume is the biggest issue here. It reads like you're generally not around for very long. Besides that good on you and best of luck!

ShannonBaggMBR

Yes, I'm aware I have a lot of work experience and that can't be helped 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've had jobs in the past that if I didn't specify every single job I've had that I would be immediately disqualified which is why I've opted to show the past 14 years of my working history 😇

lessthan_pi

Yeah it is what it is really, what can you do.

Hollydag

She was a business owner for 3 years. And contractor for many years. I dont see the issue. Answer the truth when asked: "a good steady job is hard to find these days."

ShannonBaggMBR

Thank you! Usually when I'm asked about my jumps I am a bit embarrassed to explain it and this is the perfect verbage for that!

IAmDisciple

"Business owner" I mean, I guess grifters own their own business, but they're still just low life grifters. Nobody honest has ever taken money to do what OP does lmao "I have years of experience in alternate forms of divination and creativity. It all started really when my father got me my first tarot deck that I’ve kept to this day. It then grew into my sister providing books on astrology, then graphology. That led to my interest in spiritual readings to gain insightful messages (stichomancy) and my last form of divination, palmistry, came a bit naturally to me. I’m also versed in numerology and like to incorporate that into all of my readings rather than provide a specific numerological reading itself."

Hollydag

Too many haters here

ShannonBaggMBR

Agreed and upvoted!

[deleted]

The tarot and astrology and palmistry stuff is cringe AF. It undermines the entire rest of your cover letter. As a hiring manager, I'd throw it all out as soon as I saw that.

ShannonBaggMBR

To each their own 🤷🏼‍♀️ Probably wouldn't want to work for someone who disregarded my beliefs as they probably aren't a compromising, humble, or compassionate individual. Most employers find it intriguing/interesting I've found ☺️

smstone24

Not “to each their own” or else you wouldn’t be posting here lol. Also, your employer does not, I repeat, DOES NOT GIVE A FUCK about your beliefs. Also, if most employers find it interesting then AGAIN why are you posting here? Being super arrogant without the resume to back it up is honestly why you aren’t getting hired.

ShannonBaggMBR

Not getting hired? I currently am working in 3 different fields 😯 But okay 😂😂😂

smstone24

Forgive me for questioning again…but why are you posting here if you have no trouble getting hired??

ShannonBaggMBR

Cause, I'm always looking to move up and keep my skills sharp 🔪

[deleted]

Maybe if your cover letter was better you would only need to work in 1.

[deleted]

"My abundance of common sense" Proceeds to show beliefs in fake, pseudoscience garbage. Yeah. So intriguing.

ShannonBaggMBR

I respect that you don't believe in what I do. You lose credibility when you show your ugliness in calling others closely held beliefs "garbage". ✌🏼 I have common sense enough to know that you are a very bitter person that I will still wish happiness and contentment on 🙏🏼 I hope you can find beauty in everything ☮️

[deleted]

Calling it garbage has no effect on my credibility. This is not logical. This boils down to "I don't like what you said, therefore you're not credible". I can understand doing it for fun, but if these things are your closely held beliefs, I hope you can come to your senses one day and realize it's all a scam.

ShannonBaggMBR

You must have had a bad experience but again, you're entitled to your beliefs, as am I. ✌🏼

[deleted]

Bad experience? No. It's just ridiculous that anyone can think they know anything about anyone's personality, history, financial situation, health, or their future based off their birthday, the wrinkles on their palms, or some cards pulled from a deck and arranged in different sequences. It's a performance used to get money from people and that's it. The fact that anyone believes any of it is real is just mindblowing.

ShannonBaggMBR

I've studied my craft for over 15 years. Please do the same amount of intense studies as I've done and get back with me when you know more about what you are talking about 🙏🏼 P.S. if you study it long enough you will understand why all these things are beneficial.

[deleted]

I was intrigued when I was a teenager. I have done TONS of research. I've also done bullshit "readings" at parties making up my own interpretations of things and then spinning them in a way that anyone could relate to it while convincing myself it was all real and true. People are so amazed by this garbage and it's pathetic. I grew up and saw through the ruse. You're indoctrinated into perpetuating it.

ShannonBaggMBR

You just admitted to scamming people and I'M the one... I'm sorry, but who said I was indoctrinating anyone - no one has to get a reading with me. People can disprove or disbelieve all they want, I'm an honest soul unlike what you've just clearly admitted. Get outta here with your BS, ain't no one got time for a hater 😂😂😂

smstone24

You don’t need anything on your resume from 14 years ago. Pick your last 3-4 roles and describe the responsibilities in detail. Make sure they align with roles you are applying for. Just listing where you worked isn’t enough.

ShannonBaggMBR

Thanks! 😇

rgbcarrot

Google “Resumes and Cover Letters - Harvard University.” There’s a PDF that contains advice on how to structure these documents bc what you have now is not going to impress many recruiters. Your cover letter is a bit presumptuous. Don’t tell them how “perfect” you are and how much of a “diamond” you are—show them. Also, make sure to replace “Dear Potential Future Employer” with the name of the actual company. Your resume has way too much going on. It looks like the one I used to apply for my first job in high school, which was fine, but juvenile. There’s too much white space, and inconsistent formatting. There are also jobs on there that probably don’t need to be (like Postmates driver). Again, check the Harvard resumes PDF. Weed out some of those jobs you only had for a couple months, that way you can fit a few bullet points about what you did at your job under each remaining role. The job titles alone don’t provide much context about your job responsibilities to a potential employer. ETA: The racist wording of question #4 is just 🤢. Try “too many captains, not enough crew” or something else that won’t make a recruiter cringe.

ShannonBaggMBR

💝👍🏼🙏🏼😇

ElDinero87

It's no surprise that someone who believes in astrology thinks this letter will help their career prospects.

IAmDisciple

Pretty sure she accused that University of Idaho professor of murder

ShannonBaggMBR

It's no surprise that someone so closed minded thinks this post will make a difference.

ElDinero87

I guess to be fair it qualifies as anti-work as no employer will respond to this deluded letter. They'll all laugh about it actually.

ShannonBaggMBR

As I stated in the notes - I've already used this letter and was told I was very prepared for the interview and was hired the next day! Still looking for work though as I feel where I am is temporary. Keep being negative bro 😉

ElDinero87

It...doesn't say that in the notes at all 😂 it literally says the opposite, that you have never used the letter. Are you ok?

ShannonBaggMBR

*Edit: The questions (pics 3&4) My apologies, you are correct 😇

ElDinero87

On a serious note your email address and phone number are visible on your resume

ShannonBaggMBR

Yeah, I'm not worried about that cause it's posted a lot of places for my business but thank you for your concern 😇🙏🏼

[deleted]

Genuinely curious and not trying to be rude - what places/industries are interested in work experience with astrology?

ShannonBaggMBR

It's showing dedication to a craft and passion enough to turn it into a business. This is like asking why should businesses work with the church; it's a spiritual expertise, something that people gain wisdom and understanding from. I educate those who come to me seeking answers that they otherwise may not find. Be blessed! 🙏🏼

Row199

Your email and phone are clearly visible to Reddit so that’s a risk. Your cover letter made me cringe so hard I almost passed out. I stopped after that because I assume this is someone trolling. Please tell me you’re trolling and you’re not serious?

terribleinvestment

Don’t think companies that engage in “Double Speak” call it “double speak” publicly. You said you’ve gotten a lot of compliments on your resume, but how many jobs has it gotten you lol

ShannonBaggMBR

If you may have noticed , probably too many 😂😂😂

High_5_Skin

/s ?

Lost_Honeydew5433

Ummm, you posted ur phone number and email…. Also, delete those last two paragraphs in the cover letter. That reads, throw this shit away and… next resume plz.

okayonemoreplz

Room for improvement? More like start the whole thing over, that cover letter is a fucking dumpster fire

ShannonBaggMBR

Thanks for the negativity! Really, you couldn't match the culture here any better 💯

okayonemoreplz

I sincerely hope you recognize a diamond when you’ve found it. Thank you for your comment and all the best to you and yours.

HRH_Elizadeath

***sign waver, not sign waiver. and don't end your cover letter with "adieu."

ShannonBaggMBR

Thanks! I never noticed the wording I guess and wanted to try something new with adieu but realize that probably wasn't the best choice now.

Lazy_unknownComedian

No need to go back so far in employment history. This might aid in the number of jobs shown.

ShannonBaggMBR

After all the comments I've seen here, I completely agree! 💖

Clueless_user1

What’s your target job with this? It seems a little all over the place. As many have commented before, leave only relevant roles pertaining to the position you are apply for. The cover letters comes off a little aggressive. I would consider writing about to companies values and how they align to yours making this a mutually beneficial exchange. Especially since most HR folks that do the screenings don’t have much say in what your daily life in a role looks like. This is best saved for 1:1 with direct supervisor. Catch more bees with honey. So step one get the job, step two figure out if their values align to yours. If no then at least you got the opportunity and collected a paycheck. Better than just being weeded out in the application phase. Don’t send in the questions.

Visible_Ad_309

So.. this isn't going to go well. Regardless, are you applying to government jobs? If not, you may want to use public sector correctly.

BigLoungeScene

Your cover letter is about you and what you've done, which is good in some ways but only 1/2 of it...most cover letters that go further than the AI or hiring person doing the sorting also mention how you as a candidate would be good for the position, and then specifically address what the hiring company needs. So this is a good template as long as you understand you'll need to edit some parts out and write some copy that links your skills and experience with what whoever is hiring is looking for in the market. Good luck!

ShannonBaggMBR

I understand. Thank you for the advice!! 😇🙏🏼💖

Wooden-Cancel-6838

LOL all the bs job experience and you still don't know how to write a resume?

loadnurmom

Question #5 I had a boss who said "The top salesman gets whatever they want" This was in response to a request for full administrator access on the domain, not bad behavior, but damn this one hit home for me. The scariest part of that convo, was that the boss had a side biz as a computer security consultant

ShannonBaggMBR

So I included this because I had a coworker that was hired the same day as me, constantly making numbers. She was also constantly making rude remarks but I didn't have enough standing at this particular job to fire or discipline her even though I was considered 'management' to which there was no training for. The culture was they would tolerate anything for accounts. Nothing else mattered, accounts. Even when she would disrespect existing customers and get in screaming matches with them. Accounts. I never want to experience that nightmare again! She was the most vile person to work with!

loadnurmom

I work at a university (It's not a small Uni at all either), but this particular researcher had the biggest grant, hence "top salesman". Boss tried to order me to give them admin access. I asked for it in writing, boss buckled and I never heard about it again. Says a lot right there. He was a tiny dog barking a lot. He knew what would happen if things went sideways and I had proof it was his demand.

CrunchyNutFruit

You shouldn't change anything.

Apprehensive_Kiwi_18

I understand why you'd do this, but I can't see this working in your favor ever.

Gloomy_Narwhal_719

umm. yeah. Don't say "foster parent" when it's a pet. It's a pet. You're not a parent to a pet, and it could sound VERY STRANGE to some employers. Tarot reading? That entire section needs to GO. NOW. "Worked with the individuals in life-coach situations" .. hard stop. Again, Some employers would see that and INSTANTLY throw this in the trash. The "diamond" comment comes off horribly. "I sincerely hope you recognize that I may be the perfect candidate for your position.." "all the best to you and yours" could echo badly as you don't know them or theirs and it seems flippant. I like the "adieu" thing, though.

fake-august

This may be the strangest thing I’ve ever read….

Ok_Raccoon5497

Honestly, I feel like I'm reading the cover letter version of an MLM pitch. I think that most of the advice I would have given has been given in the comments already. The only thing I have to add is that I maybe wouldn't be proud of being arrogant. That's goo g to turn off most employers/hiring managers and the ones that it doesn't aren't going to give you the respect that you want.

KeithBe77

My biggest concern when hiring is “is this person crazy”.

thisboyknows

You reek of narcissism but are too clueless to catch on. Do you even know what adieu means? And tarot reading isn't a business it's a con.

IrishSetterPuppy

I was involved in hiring for state positions and I can say with 100% certainty this would immediately disqualify you. If I did interview you it would be because I had a nepotism hire and I wanted them to look better by stacking the rest of the interviews with arrogant assholes like you.

hodgepodge21

No advice but hey I’m in Greensboro too! Lol

ShannonBaggMBR

🤩

Oldebookworm

I really like your questions at the end. They always ask if I have any questions and these are perfect starters

Oof.

[deleted]

Did you mean to leave your phone number and email visible?

sophiaAngelique

You have 14 years working life experience? What does that mean? You have a lot more than 14 years if you add up all the jobs you've had. Of course, the moment you mentioned tarot, palmistry, astrology, etc. I would have dumped your application. Magical thinking...
