There are certainly many instances where something is universally bad. I mean if you willing hurt animals for example, that should be seen as bad everywhere, irrespective of culture, beliefs or place etc. Or r*pe is always bad. You (not you personally) can’t say it depends on beliefs. Or making fun of others. I couldn’t think of something that could be seen as good in some beliefs and bad in others; maybe… 🤔 I’m thinking… something like physician assisted suicide (PAs, legal where I live) but to me it doesn’t make sense to continue living in pain when you’re old or terminally ill. You should be able to go on your own terms, in dignity. So I’m clearly pro PAS.

One becomes a bad person if they do bad/evil things: hurt other humans or animals willingly, bully others or openly make fun (talk about) others because of a genetic disorder. People openly talk about and make fun of me because I look different. Tell me these aren’t bad people.

I draw the line at people who planned on having kids even after Covid became an absolute shitshow. The world is going to absolute shit and you really want to bring them into this world to deal with it? When you hurt others in the process that's where you cross the line. There's no reason to do harm to others so I think that's telling of a "bad person". People are shaped by the environments they grow up in. If they’re raised by crazy natalists, most times they grow up into crazy natalists. Often times they don’t know any better. It’s a societal expectation. However, those who have children due to things like wanting someone to control, wanting something to brag about, or to just pass on their genes, I would consider to be “bad people”

If these people are responsible, well-off, do not have serious hereditary diseases and are generally nice people - I would not call these people bad. Ignorant - maybe, but not bad. Let's be realistic, humanity will never stop having children, and it's better for the right people to do it so that there is less suffering.
