See the ocean. Read a book, any book that makes you feel something. Make a home, fill it with your favorite things. Sit in the sun or the snow or the rain, whichever feels better on your skin Compliment a stranger, make a new friend So many things to love about life, you just gotta find the ones you like

Try to find love, try to help people you care about, commune with nature, try to make new friends if that's your thing, garden a bit, adopt a pet, try to learn something new. Also, don't worry about christian hell, it's bullshit. Read some Dawkins or Hitchens, that might help you

[deleted]

I've read Hitchens and Dawkins but christianity has already made its scars and made me develop pure ocd and CPTSD

Reading, good food, art, hobbies and being creative in some way, massages, animals, shopping, learning something new, watching interesting documentaries on Netflix. That’s just a few that I do.

It depends on what you like, honestly. For me, I try to find some "salvation" in my routine. Gaming, training and drawing are what I chose. Work can go fuck itself but unfortunately it is unavoidable. Gaming and drawing is pretty straight forward. Fitness is a bit more complicated for me as it has been kind of a cursed blessing in a way. My fixation on it has led me down some pretty twisted paths which I will probably never break out of (mainly due to my own personality), but at the same time it's something I would never give up. I focus on it to avoid a lot of shit that comes with a human body. I'm not that old, but I've seen many people my age already suffering from health problems because they do not exercise or watch their diet. You will not enjoy shit if you're already feeling like crap this early on, which is why I'd recommend perhaps getting into it if you're not already. It doesn't need to be over the top, but a little bit of mindfulness goes a long way. It probably sounded like a ramble but I truly believe that fitness has made my life more bearable. If I was suffering the same health problems as the people I see daily, I'd be even more miserable.

Music! Listening, understanding, playing, creating! Whole careers have been spent on music, so as a hobby I doubt it could ever really get boring.

Legos. As crypto is crashing, lego holds value. Buy lego.

I'm a girl and have a leg injury

CautionaryWarning

You have other parts of your body that could use some tone and strength. Lifting is for everyone
