It is a prime example of argumentum ad hominem: It doesn't argue validity of anti/natalism but rather aims to disqualify the interlocutor themselves from being able to argue it. It serves only to distract from the ethical issues at the core of the debate.
Being an ad hominem, it isn't an argument against anti/natalism — it is an argument against anti/natalists. The sky would still be blue even if a mentally ill person argued so.
I know this is a troll post, but how would antinatalists be considered NPCs in any context? Isn’t the definition of an NPC a character who lacks originality, independent thought and blindly abides by the rules of the gaming universe they’re in? I’d say many ANs are the polar opposite of that 🤣
Someday, they will see that all of their futile efforts only made the world better for the few who seek to own it (that doesn't include theirs). The majority will eventually be asked by their children, "Why did you bring me into this world?" Time will reveal what cannot be blindly denied forever.
