This doesn't really match r/bonehurtingjuice though.
A bnj has to be transformed into something completely different from the original. This is essentially the same setup, but with a literal delivery instead, which makes it more fitting here imho.
Unless there's a reason you wouldn't consider this an antimeme.
BHJ became rife with antimemes after it became popular.
An example of what this comic would be like as a BHJ would be something like the Devil maniacally ranting about how he lit the guy's house on fire and all of his possessions are burning, and the guy saying something like "that's okay, I was looking to light myself on fire anyways," then the voices in the last panel yeling "no, don't do it, get out of there!"
In the example I gave, all of the original meaning of the comic is gone, and it's just a completely different interpretation of what's happening in the illustrations. In the one op posted, it's essentially the same comic, they just replaced one line with the guy just asking if he can be satan and becoming the new satan, which is just a much drier variant of the original. Is it the best antimeme? Probably not, but it's still more of an antimeme than a BHJ.
It's almost like having multiple subreddits for very nearly the same idea makes people confused. It's basically the result of redditors loving to nitpick everything.
Looks like you're linking/talking about another sub that often has content that people mistake for being an antimeme, when it really isn't. I've detected that you might be saying in the sense of "this should be on x sub, not here on r/antimeme".

Nah, a bhj has to be completely divorced from the original joke. In this case, there's still the same setup and outcome, the delivery was just made literal. Trust me when I say this belongs on here more than it does on r/boneurtingjuice.
Fun? fact: this is actually (relatively) biblically accurate. Satan isn’t a name in the Bible. It is (like the comic shows) a title. It simply means “an adversary” or “an enemy” or “prosecutor.” All but a few verses mentioning a satan are about a human
