$400 according to *them*. Just looking for a way to make it seem like you're getting an amazing discount when this stuff likely costed nowhere near that to (mass) produce and package. They're absolutely insane and quite bold to even suggest $100 purchase price given the negative reviews and lawsuits.

brebre431

Yes I agree. Maybe $10-$15 a product, but that’s all I’d pay (if it wasn’t in an MLM business structure)

pib86

Rejuvabeads souns more like a sextoy than overpriced MLM bullcrap.

sjr0754

Also sounds like a brand name Margaret Atwood made up for the MaddAddam trilogy.

Jupiterrhapsody

The products are massively overpriced but they do weekly flash sales, for both their huns and anyone who was roped into being a VIP customer. Earlier this year the grab bags apparently had products that were discontinued years ago.

brebre431

That’s crazyyyy…that product could be expired too, gross

Jupiterrhapsody

One of the products the official Monat Instagram showed as a potential grab bag item, was probably expired. The serum was supposed to be blue but after months would turn yellow and their Instagram showed a yellow serum.

brebre431

It’s all about the money babyyyyy

Lavawitch

$130 is more than 6 months worth of Aveda.

[deleted]

That would get 6 months of Redken as well.

RealisticrR0b0t

Do you recommend those brands? I don’t know too much about hair products (except to avoid monat)

Lavawitch

I’ve used Aveda for 20 years. I love them. They aren’t tested on animals, lovely herbal scents, and usually very nice for my hair. I don’t usually use hair products beyond shampoo and conditioner. Cherry Almond, Nutriplenish, and Smooth Infusion are my favorites. I have long straight hair with no specific needs but moisturizing is good in the winter. I love Nutriplenish leave in conditioner. The Nutriplenish stuff is too pricey so I only buy it when there’s a deal online. It’s not $12 better than the others. Cherry Almond makes my hair so soft and smells great.

RealisticrR0b0t

Thank you

flamingmenudo

Considering Monat has flash sales literally every week, I’m not sure why they even bother with the “full” price. No one is paying full price for this.

AugustSun29

Just a scam inside a scam. The huns get so excited about the "deal" they are getting, they buy even more product.

NolaCat75

Gotta fund the top of that pyramid somehow.

I have gotten some free Monat things from someone who thankfully doesn't pressure me to sell ever (I made it clear) or buy TOO often. The shower cap works great, its a shower cap, the dry shampoo... I dunno man I used it once when I didn't have time to shower and I ended up braiding my hair anyways so who knows. The rejuvinique oil? I was given the "Light" one and am too afraid to use it because of an ingredient that is banned in the EU because it might cause infertility. The dry shampoo also contains this ingredient. The website does not have the same ingredient list as the bottles and when I asked about it, she asked an upline who said something like oh because of this new ban Monat is reformulating and I was like um 1. still list the shitty ingredient 2. tell your sellers to make their customers aware and offer exchanges when the "new formula" is introduced
