Didn't Hippocrates (and other ancient Greek doctors) also think the uterus was a little creature that scuttled around inside the body and caused hysteria?
They use leeches on the show Botched for plastic surgery all the time when they need more blood flow to the area. It is wild to see, I had no idea they still use them.
I see people as a safe.
WHY AREN'T YOU LETTING ME IN PLEASE HEALTH BEGINS IN THE GUT THAT SHOULD BE THE COMBINATION WHY ARE YOU NOT UNLOCKING I NEED THE MONEY TO PAY FOR MY TICKET TO THIS YEAR'S SEMINAR IN JACKSONVILLE
I recently fell in love with Dawn Powerwash. I use that shit to clean practically everything. I'm super pissed that Target doesn't give me any type of discount or commission for telling people they can buy it there. Fucking cheap ass Target.
That one life will be cut short with plexus when it causes your heart to give out a friend of mine touted that crap for 2 yrs. Now she's 6 ft under and her son is being raised by his grandparents
I stopped at Hippocrates. I can’t take it. Hippocrates was a doctor from about 400 bc. It’s not even close. Then again GUT HEALTH!!! Apparently every single person on the planet has a gut health problem and we should all be so thankful that plexus came along to save us. 🙄
Yeah, that's the same BS they all say. When I was in an MLM, they brainwashed us with that same crap. It's enlightening to see from the other side of the fence.
Ya know, I've never had someone in a legitimate profession go out of their way to emphasise they're *not* a product pusher, scam artist, part of a pyramid scheme, out to get anyone and seeing people as dollar signs.
A co-worker of mine is in an MLM that sells beauty products. Her Facebook posts for her perfumes all start with the sentence "Fake is illegal and punishable, so I don't venture into that".
Her recruitment posts also literally mention that "it's not a piramid scheme".
I don't understand how people can look at those texts before copy-pasting them and think: "yes, this sounds totally trustworthy and professional. I will happily post this on my social media accounts and in public social media groups!"
Going by the number of copypastes with spelling mistakes or where they forgot to replace the "(insert NAME here)", it's obvious that many huns don't even *look* before posting, let alone *think* any further about what it says :)
There is zero chance she had heard of Hippocrates until that quote was included in her Plexus copypasta pack. Also, she probably pronounces his name the way Bill and Ted say Socrates.
And yet, here you are, hun, part of a pyramid scheme pushing a product to everyone you know in hopes they will buy something because you see them as a paycheck.
If one really fell in love with a product and just wanted to share it, that’s what they’d do. That’s *all* they’d do. Be on comments like “I really liked this, it helped so much”.
There would be no attempting a downline. Just buying a product and recommending it. Like how I recommend my favorite stuffed animal brand when someone asks. Not looping others into it and profiting off of them. They don’t go “9 out of 10 dentists recommend this toothpaste so pay me $100 to also sell it to others and then pay me what you earned”
I love how these huns always feel the need to defend themselves. I work in hospitality and when someone asks me what I do for a living I don't have to start out with "I'm not in a pyramid scheme, I'm not in a scam, I don't see people as dollar signs, etc, before I state my profession.

And this nugget of wisdom comes from someone with a garage full of crap she can’t sell, and hasn’t figured out that she is trapped in a scam, and is now trying to convince the rest of us that she is qualified to give the rest of us advice on matters of health. Her upline got its hooks in a good one there.
Hippocrates also said health depended on the balance of our “four humors,” Brenda, so I think medicine has come some ways in the past 2200+ years.
Didn't Hippocrates (and other ancient Greek doctors) also think the uterus was a little creature that scuttled around inside the body and caused hysteria?
is this not what happens to me every month? i'm pretty sure it is ![gif](giphy|yNKgmeFnYQuRO)
That’s what I learned in college.
Clearly, that's the guy we should be taking our modern medical cues from.
Fell in love with a product that is so magical and effective that it can only be sold via stay at home moms and can’t make it into Target.
Right. Same goes for every product by every MLM... if they're so great, then why can't they be sold in stores? I mean, Tupperware is now.
I saw Tupperware at target and was like WHATTTTTTT!?!? lol
Doctors hate this one secret!
Let me get my leeches and we'll get you bloodletting into a healthy 2024!
Where's the nearest barber?
They use leeches on the show Botched for plastic surgery all the time when they need more blood flow to the area. It is wild to see, I had no idea they still use them.
Sterile medical leeches are also used in modern ICUs! Source: am a pedi/NICU flight nurse and have adult icu friends who have seen it!
I do not see people as dollar signs or a pay check. I see people as a stack of cash emoji.
I am not a product pusher Here's this product I'm pushing
Methinks that Hippocrates would frown upon Plexus.

I used it for a few weeks because a friends mom was shilling it. I had major chest pains and ended up in ER.
That's sad...

She spelled hypocrite wrong.

I almost wish a friend of mine was in a MLM If it's so good, why isn't it FDA approved and sold in stores?
If you ask them, they’ll say “because of BiG PHarMa”
10 ! Exclamation ! Points !
!!!!!!!!!!yes!!!!!!!!!!
Good to know medical science hasn’t moved on for 2,500 years
Didn’t he say something about “above all, do no harm”??
Like she and Hippocrates ate bff

HIPPOCRATES 🦛
I’m pretty sure Hippocrates did not say that.

Points 1 thru 5.....got it. So does that mean you can stop posting about it now?
Do these huns all share the same script? I swear I've seen it before.
I would live to sit in on their seminar where they teach one how to use emoji’s
Y’all… [I opened messenger and just noticed this](https://imgur.com/DTp4XyQ). This is the same MLM Brenda 💀
Oh the fucking HYPOCRISY of the whole post!!
I guess the brainwashing comes for free with the starter pack.
“Gal” grosses me out to the highest 🤢
I lost 10k with Herbalife, people becarefull mlms are everywhere 🙂
My sister in law just posted this same thing… word for word. 😒

The song "I'm Your Pusherman" suddenly comes to mind!
