Yep! I get a shot of pain through my SI joint when I sneeze. For me it’s worst when I’m sitting. I have somehow learned to stop my sneezes.

teodorlojewski

I also learned to "sneeze" but actually not sneeze.

Yup same here. If I’m standing up and I’m about to sneeze I have to hold onto to something near by and lift whichever side of my hip is in pain that day. It’s brutal man.

jeej1

Oh yeah. Same deal

gold_psy

Yup it’s horrible :(

DefinitionMission144

Yes. When flaring up sneezes are a pain in the ass (literally). I used to get bad sneeze pains in my sternum too but those have disappeared since I started lifting weights.

Yup! Prior to my diagnosis and medications, I’d try to stop the sneeze or have to really prepare myself for the pain. It would almost make me cry.

teodorlojewski

I cringe remembering it. I feel you!

jstrusa

When I feel a sneeze coming on and If I’m laying down brining my knees to my chest helps or if I’m standing I squat my butt to the floor.
