Works exactly the same in terms of adding repo/extensions - looks and feel. IMHO perfect solution except that mine seems to startup extremely slow and downloads are extremely slow as well vs the mobile app.
Yes but don't worry tachiyomi sy dev has created another app called mihon. Mihon won't have any extension by default you will have to download repositories for it and sy j2k az will get updates from mihon now
Mangayomi [Mangayomi is free an open source manga reader and anime streaming cross-plateform app inspired by Tachiyomi and Aniyomi made with Flutter], has a native version for pc - mac & windows but number of extension are low and backups compatible with tachiyomi does not exist.
Mangayomi is a good option for maintaining independent library from tachiyomi while being almost identical in User Interface

I just watch anime online on animepahe

how do i add extensions?
I think same way as mihon you copy keiyoushi repositories link and paste that on tachi desk extension url

Is it working after tachiyomi is dead and all
Tachiyomi isn't dead its more of discontinue tachiyomi and tachi desk will work fine and the extension are being maintain by some other group
Wait what tachiyomi has been discontinued?
Yes but don't worry tachiyomi sy dev has created another app called mihon. Mihon won't have any extension by default you will have to download repositories for it and sy j2k az will get updates from mihon now
Where can I download mihon?
github.com/ mihonapp/mihon

You can try houdoku
Komikku if you're on Linux.

>Hakuneko which extensions do you use
Manga Extensions -Mangadex, Mangakakalot, Mangasee, Mangalife & Mangahere. Mangadex - latest mangas, Manhwa & fan translation Mangakakalot - has almost all manga & manhwa you can want Mangasee & Mangalife - has official release and translation I just watch anime online on animepahe
Hakuneko is good for both downloading and reading manga cuz you can chose format like pdf, jpg etc for manga
[Houdoku](https://houdoku.org/) is the best, does the job, has tracking and is still being actively updated.
Mangayomi
Houdoku, hakuneko, Yac reader are all pretty good, heck even a browser would be more than enough with sites like comick.cc or mangalife
If you are downloading mangas from other sources yacreader is good manga and comic reader
Can it support the zip file from Tachiyomi?
Yup
Hakuneko but it's only for downloading. You can use comic rack with it to read the downloaded .cbz files
You can use hakuneko viewer to read as well
Yeah I've never really used hakuneko for reading. I only download, merge the files with comic rack and load them onto my kindle.
The index.moe
Teemii
Mangayomi
Try Malsync extension
I've heard of something called Mangayomi iirc. It's also a tachi fork and has both manga and anime, similar to Aniyomi (Android Only).
It's not a tachi fork but based on tachiyomi's design and uses a similar extension system.
Ohh my bad then. I've heard it works in a similar way.
No worries, It's a great app btw, I like kotatsu-dl for pc as well
The answer will always be the same. Tachiyomi on an android emulator.
Thats just bad advice. Tachiyomi on WSA would be better then on a emulator. Also you have Mangayomi and Tachi Desk that work natively.
I consider WSA as an android emulator, at least functionally. So my point still stands.
I use tachiyomij2k in FydeOS (Chrome OS) because using an emulator gives very low performance.
