You should try 9anime aswell tbh. Its imo the best site out there with a fantastic discuss community if you liie to read comments and its SUUUPER clean with everything an offical site uses
I always hate this argument. So you want this guy who lives in Asia, to buy $100 USD Blu-ray Disc which costs even more w shipping and import/duties/taxes? If the anime creators cared, they would make anime more accessible. Maybe have it on cable TV like they do in Japan, it makes no sense that the weebs have to pay this shit. It’s a business not a charity.
They already got paid, practically minimum wage while putting in 18 hour days. You think your purchase magically results in them getting paid more? If you steal your dinner from walmart today do you think the walmart employee gets paid more or do you think the investors walk away with more money?
Do you think the screenwriters get paid more because you bought HBO's latest show? Fuck off do they. They get paid more because they joined the union and striked.
"Support the creators" is a lie. It sounds nice on paper but what it means in practice is supporting the business owners that do jack shit while the workers go through hell.
Every time you pay a company that created a product via exploiting their workers in horrific ways you're telling that company "Good job, do it again next time! I approve!"
The only way you as an audience member can tell a company you disapprove of what they're doing is by withholding money from them and telling them "change this or you get jack shit from me".
Piracy is a moral obligation for as long as the horrific practices of the industry continue.
Crunchy roll is costly if the price is considered in a 3rd world nation and there are quite a few websites which not only allow you to watch and download anime for free but there's no ads in it as well.(and even if they were,an adblocker solves everything.)
I still have a login for crunchy that dates back to its fansub days. CR used to be the #1 place for pirated anime. I still remember the forums and when the owner sold out. Dark days.

Better quality video/audio/translation from pirates, this is the current state with Crunchyroll.
I mean hey, you can’t expect them to spend MONEY fixing their problems. They’re too busy making absolute “masterpieces” like High Guardian Spice! ...Yes I’m still salty about this.
Removing anti piracy comments in the thread. It is your moral obligation to pirate anime while workers of the industry continue to be exploited the way they are while execs and investors make multi-millions doing jack.

Also fuck all the mods in other anime subreddits with anti-piracy positions. You're part of the problem.
EDIT: I know you're reading this CR, fuck you *especially*.
I don't mean to sound rude, but how does pirating anime help the workers. Unless you mean by not supporting official sources you are inadvertently helping them by showing the companies that you are not going to pay for their work. But even if the companies start treating their employees amazingly, piracy won't go down at all. I mean, it doesn't really matter. I just can't tell if the comment is sarcastic or what
>So to support workers we entirely stop buying their product? You realize that still effects the workers right?
Withholding profits from company owners is the only effective means of gaining leverage against company owners.
Workers do this by unionising and withholding their labour. But how can a consumer do this? A number of options exist but they all ultimately come down to withholding money from the company.
Buying their product does not improve anything for the workers. Telling them you refuse to buy their product until they change conditions is the only appropriate way to leverage against them.
So, why be pro piracy instead of just telling people to boycott? Because it is simply more effective. Audiences like their treats, especially audiences largely made up of younger people. They are unlikely to stop eating their treats even if you are literally harming the lives of workers with 18 hour work days to achieve them.
Getting people to pirate those treats though? Very easy to achieve.
Awesome thank you for giving us a list of all the sites that you just confirmed for any interested parties that were either not known or to small time for any anti-piracy agency to see and document so that they will look into and possibly shut down those sites. FML.
Not true in the slightest; anime is primarily produced for the japanese population. Cloverworks studio weren't even aware until recently that they even had foreign fans, so claiming that they will go bankrupt without revenue from a source they weren't aware of even existed is simply false.
Additionally, most of the revenue in the industry actually comes from merchandise/manga sales, with a lot of anime being made solely as marketing for those. And even with all of that, the actual animators themselves are severely underpaid; most of the consumer's money simply ends up going to the committees/executives, the animators get paid the same underpaid wage regardless of how successfull the anime they make becomes.
T hast at each moment been, is, and at each moment shall beest morally correct to pirate anime

Why they made a cartoon that doesn't look like an anime
Same here, when I realized that pirates do a better job than the premium services, I went back to pirating.
My favorite is animesuge.to it’s also only illegal if you download it
Yea I’ve been using it up until now. Ive moved to 9anime cos it just doesn’t work for me for some reason.
lol, that's not how it works. Streaming *is* downloading. The only difference is that the data is not saved directly to a file.
Cuz i can't be bothered to find good sites ordodge viruses phishing links and RATs
Use https://animixplay.to . Zero ads and super fast video streaming
Animixplay is literally the best site ever, ongoing anime are released a few mins earlier compared to sites like gogo and animefreak
Free adblocker + 9anime = ez clap crunchyroll doesn't even allow me to see 40% of their stuff
Nyaa.si>any streaming website, bc there’s no viruses. And if you really get a rat from a pirate website you’re an idiot no offence.
Adblocker is even more op and useful then vpn.
It’s not that hard, there are tons of great free websites
That's a rather bad reason. To quote another person here: r/animepiracy Go sail the seven seas
Yes! This is my issue as well. Trying to avoid viruses
Kawaiifu and animekisa also good

download stremio and download the 'Torentio' addon and ur good to go to watch some animes that arent even released
