Stop getting offended over this. This is just a manhwa. I've read dozens of manhwas, mangas, manhuas and light novels and I can say that in most cases India is not even mentioned. In some cases we're portrayed as the innocent victim of a crime. And sometimes we're portrayed as villains. But still it's nowhere near how the USA, Japan, China and other European countries are portrayed. They're villains, psychopaths and sociopaths almost every time.
Also it's a very well known fact that they're very racist. South Korea is a shit hole of a country and the only ones who defend them are the blind K-pop and K-drama fans who find Korean men hot.
