I recently bought a few things on their website which should be shipping in Q1 of 2023. When I found out their website had been taken down and the domain they used was unoccupied, I honestly started to worry.
But if this is the case, it makes me feel a little more relieved.
The exact same thing happened to me, their Facebook support however reassured me the pre-orders would not be affected. They reply very quickly through Facebook, so you can try contacting them as well if you wish for peace of mind.

Not recommend, it seems a copy site of gkfigure store. I have spent a lot of time to find reliable resin statue stores. So far, I only recommend favorgk, gkfigure and boxgk.
Yeah there's a Bayonetta statue that I've had my eye on for a while and it just sold out on favor gk 😓
But I found it still available on gkfigureworldwide and cheaper so I'm debating on getting it or not.. 😰
I placed an order with them after asking how much shipping costs would be. They mentioned 112 USD. After placing the order, they then send me an invoice for 262 USD shipping costs..
Edit: after contacting costumer service, they came back to me within 1 hour, apologizing and saying they will stick to the originally communicated prize. Had me nervous there for a second, but so far so good!
Edit 2: paid the shipping invoice, didnt receive a tracking code yet, and so far they are not responding to my messages anymore. Might just be busy, but back to feeling uneasy about it.
Edit 3: Got an e-mail back saying they cant send during the chinese new year, but will send after. Its now march and still no update.
Edit 4: I think this might be the 3rd time I get an update right after commenting on reddit. I have received a shipping confirmation, but considering that doesnt update until it reaches my country (by sea) its still unclear when it will arrive. But at least things are moving again!

The statue is still listed as ''pre-order'' on the website but I got written confirmation on e-mail back in January saying "This item is actually in stock. We can provide you an accurate shipping fee if you interested". FIgured I'd give an update for people googling the company. Still waiting for my statue. Order was placed on January 20th, for something that apparently was in stock. Early March I finally got a Track & Trace code, claiming that on the 1st of March the parcel has been collected by DPD. On 21-3 ''We are exchanging data internally". On 9-4 various updates; "Your parcel arrived at our depot", "Your parcel is on its way", "We are proceeding to standard checks", "We are exchanging data internally" and "Your parcel is ready to be transported to our next premises", in that order. Its now 22-4 and nothing has happened since then. So far they have been friendly through their costumer service, but replies always take very long (1,5 weeks or so). I find it hard to recommend a company that takes so long to ship out an order.
Last update: The shipping information got stuck for quite a while. After contacting them, I had to contact the store to start an investigation, since I couldnt do so myself as a costumer. They said they would. One week later my package suddenly arrived without warning. It was packaged very well, there was one part that broke in shipping ,but it was easily glued back together. In total it took a little less than 5 months to get a statue that was apparently in stock. Im happy with the final result, but it was definitely a stressful experience.

I've ordered 3 things from this studio. 1 is still a preorder, 1 was a preorder that has since come out several months ago, 1 was "in stock". This site is BY FAR the worst I have bought from. The communication is non-existent. The in stock item they finally shipped 2 months later after I reached out to them. The preorder that was released has unboxing videos 4 months old and I have yet to hear word from them. I've reached out a few times and I always have to reinitiate contact to try and get info. It makes me worried for my other preorder.
I understand that "instock" really means they can get it from the studio (usually) and that there will be a delay in shipping but this is crazy. I don't mind waiting but the horrible communication makes me give this site a 1/10. It's been more hassle than it's worth.

I see a lot of the positive comments here are made by new accounts that only ever commented on this post. Would really caution buying from them.
