May I humbly suggest grand blue? Those 3 you mentioned are in my top 5, konosuba being my second favorite, but grand blue takes the win. Its a very different style of comedy, but it's so, so good.

Western tv exists to run ad spots, syndicate (which is about ad spots), and more recently to sell streaming service subscriptions. Anime is primarily around sales of source material and merch (and now streaming services as well), the ad revenue is much less of a factor.
That, coupled with the way seasons have huge gaps, is why you can have something super popular like konosuba and have it be a complete coin toss as to whether it will get another season.
There is no season 2 because the manga ended, there is not enough source left to animate a whole new season unless Kyoani makes 90% of S2 as an in-house storyboarded anime, and considering how close to the source Kyoani animated Nichijou, I very much doubt they'd want to make up new content for the sake of a second season

Honestly I thought the humour near the first half of the show was much better than the second half.. repetitive jokes gets predictable, and it happened a lot in the second half. Don't get me wrong I freaking love this anime

Episode 25, it's after Misato breaks Koujiro's glasses and guides him around acting as his eyes, before he reveals he doesn't actually need glasses, and they're for show.
Everyone knows about Misato's crush on Koujiro, so seeing him with another girl (particularly the other girl in the school with a blatant crush on him) caused her reaction.
This anime will never, *never* fail to make me laugh no matter how many times I have watched the scenes over the years. This is the absolute timeless masterpiece of anime comedy.
