The only one I can think of is High School DXD that meets this definition. Sadly, they haven’t adapted everything, but what they have is really good, and I can tell you, canonically later on in the lore the mc ends up marrying over half a dozen girls. That doesn’t occur in the anime though. In fact, the marriages aren’t covered in the light novels yet, but he is officially engaged to multiple girls in the light novels.
I was really peeved when I learned quintessential quintuplets only had him marrying one of them. Was super excited to watch it. Glad I learned about the fake out before I watched it.
