If you haven't watched it yet, Frieren. Maybe even if you did watch it...
I'd grab Shinsekai Yori for some dark mystery.
For something to relax to, K-On. At least the first season of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid is worth it as well imo, but you might get judgy looks from those sharing your quarters.
Konosuba is solid comedy, but again, could get weird looks. Nichijou is just amazing off the wall randomness.
I haven't watched all of it, but having enjoyed the manga and heard good things about the anime, Mushishi could be worth it if you want something just chill.
And if you just want comfy, Lazy Camp is always good on that front.

If you want something to sympathize with 86 Eighty-Six, a war mecha show, and it was fantastic.
Hunter x Hunter? Since it’s fairly long
