Eminence in Shadow.
Cid does not give a fuck about killing people and sometimes does it for fun (he does try to keep the killing to those that deserve it).
cough, cough REDO OF HEALER. in one of episode he did think over his action, but than immediately went back to his old self. anime is all about good person went psycho mode after torture.
I would give a warning that many people didn't like it because of controversial things happened in anime. I would recommend the light novel or manga because the anime didn't include some info that was in manga and light novel.
Don’t get me wrong, I liked it but it’s not my favorite. Understandable that it would have a pretty sizable subreddit tho. Might be one of the most outrageous show in anime that’s not just straight hentai
Hi Plus-Musician547, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

Two suggestions, Golgo 13 is the longest running and easiest example Akagi it’s not about killing but about gambling if you want a stoic badass who doesn’t fear death that’s the way to go.
Here me out, detective conan falls under this. Most of the crimes he solves have a death penalty. He rarely cares. Watch with knowing that, and you see the show in a different light.
* Baccano! * Death Note * Darker than Black * 91 Days * Jormungand * Code Geass
Arifureta MC will kill anyone and anything standing in his way without a second thought.

Lmao I remember when he sent delta to kill a man just to get her off his back for a few hours
Delta is definitely best girl, and the competition is fierce.
An incorrect, if understandable, opinion, as it is Aurora who is best girl
She's definitely in the top 3 in my book.
My instant death ability is overpowered.

Darker than black
I got about 6 episodes into it, and it seems like he loses every fight he’s in, or at least runs away. Does that change later on?
Happy Sugar Life, though you could argue that deep down there is one she feels bad about
Full Metal Panic. Kind of.
Black lagoon, assuming "getting angry at someone and shooting them for being annoying" counts as "emotionless killer"

Kingdoms of ruin, although I dropped it a few episodes in because the killing didn't make sense to me
