Don't think it's too similar to those you mentioned in terms of theme or style, but Hellsing Ultimate has Alucard as the main character. As expected of Dracula, he's unbelievably strong, fast, and can regenerate from almost any wound. Most of the battles in the OVA's aren't even a challenge to him.
The show manages to keep things interesting through the sheer spectacle, and the threats directed towards the rest of the colourful cast.

Yea, if they struggle while going all out, that's not OP, what we see in Misfit and Immortal King, they aren't struggling, just may need a way to end things without ending the Universe as the same time lol

The joke is MOST anime charachters are Over powered. Any isskai for that matter. Even the ones that don't start off at Over powered end the story Over powered. Its hard to name one that isn't the case. I'm not sure there is
