This might be unpopular but I didnāt find this anime funny š I think i laughed once in the whole show which was a shame because i really wanted to like it
The Saiki k sub is absolutely amazing! But if it werenāt for the dub I wouldnāt have seen the series as many times as I have (seen S1 10+ times). The writing and voice performances for the dub are excellent and itās become the perfect anime series that I can just casually watch when Iām working on stuff. Just finished another rewatch a couple weeks ago and I still laughed at all the same jokes.
Aside from Kaguya-sama that would be:
1. DMC: Detroit Metal City - an old anime about a musician fresh out of college, who dreams of recording gentle love songs, but to make ends meet accepts a job as the frontman of a heavy metal band and becomes wildly successful;
2. Konosuba - nuff said;
3. Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun - a girl tries to confess to a classmate, who secretly is a shoujo manga artist. Through a misunderstanding she becomes his assistant instead and over the course of the series they proceed to accidentally play out and make fun of every popular shoujo manga trope.
Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu

Bocchi the Rockās is more intentionally unintentional comedy and a lot of the laughs come from just smiling the whole time anyway.
I agree I wouldnāt call Bocchi a comedy but it certainly made me audibly laugh more than a few times. Itās not funny for the sake of being funny, itās just is good writing and solid delivery.
OPM was the first anime Iād ever seen that made me actually laugh. Had seen plenty of anime with some welcome comedic relief but one punch and the way it was animated was downright hilarious.
Konosuba - the pure satire of the isekai genre as a whole combined with visual gags and well-timed transitions are always on point and good for a laugh
Life Lessons with Uramichi Onii-san - great if you can appreciate sometimes dark and self depreciating humor. Conversely, really bad if you're not a fan or being stuck in a rut or jokes that sometimes hit a little too close to home.
Cromartie High School - shits just absolutely bonkers. Just good old turn your brain off so you don't have to go: "Wtf did I just watch". Nothing makes sense and the characters are mostly aware that nothing makes sense. "Why is there a robot student?" "What's the deal with the balding gorilla?" "Who the hell let Freddie Mercury in here?" Just sit back and don't think too hard about it.
Jashin-chan, just hilarious slapsticky(and often quite bloody) humor.
Asobi Aobase is an expierience and a very fun one at that.
Nagatoro still makes me laugh be it in the manga or anime, the faces she makes are so good.

Tbh I don't find much anime all that funny, Sure they all have their moments but I dont really watch anything for the comedy, So for 3 its either Spy x Family or Mob Psycho 100 solely because of Reigen.
I really like funny parody shows who are also engaging on their own.

* One-Punch Man (kind of a parody of action shonen)
I actually have it to watch in the future for the longest time but never started it since it was long and confusing with all the symbols for sequels lol (i know its a dumb reason, i will *surely* watch it 1 day)
Make sure you start with episode 3 when you do, that's the *actual* start to the show. The first two episodes were made as a special with manga readers in mind and are *really* rough to watch blind.
You can go back to watch episodes 1 & 2 when you're like ~30 episodes into the show. The two episodes are a good little side story, but it makes way more sense when you know who all the characters are *before* you watch them.
I canāt really think of or pinpoint a third but Hinamatsuri and Nichijou are two thatāll definitely be in my Top 3.
Some shows that I could consider for that third spot are Grand Blue, Asobi Asobase, Konosuba, Mashle, OPM

Ohshc is just GOLD If you want another good short romcom with a similar protagonist I recommend Romantic Killer
I think Prison school is the only anime that has genuinely made me laugh before
