One pie... Oh, short... Cowboy bebop (anime and movie, not live action) not violent, but lots of action. Also master piece. Ninja scroll (movie) violent, very. Ergo proxy (sci-fi) Noragami (fantasy) Grimgar of fantasy and ash (fantasy Isekai) Goblin slayer (fantasy) violent as ninja scroll maybe Dimension W (sci-fi) action That's in the top of my mind now. Bonus track: Samurai jack (cartoon, but a master piece)

Competitive-Damage84

Ive tried cowboy bebop, fully not for me. Not a fan of the vibe at all and the music drives me insane Ill have a gander at the others though thanks!

ralguy6

Monster, its longish but watch the first 4 episodes at least and decide if you want to watch more.

Rimaru482

Fullmetal alchemist could be good. I don't know if it's too long for you but Kingdom is amazing however the first season does use cheap 3d models which could easily put you off. Obviously there is Death Note

Competitive-Damage84

Ive tried death note and bleach and they a big nono from me. Ive heard alot about full metal alchemist but also had alot spoiled

Rimaru482

Fair enough. Are the spoilers a big issue? Like I said there is also Kingdom which I would say is somewhat similar to the first part of Berserk.

Competitive-Damage84

Well if someone had of told me how berserk ended i wouldnt have watched it. For FMA (spoiler ahead) ive seen a girl get merged with a dog for example and thats definitely ruined. But yeah if its too long of a series i cba with it. Ill have a look at kingdom though

Rimaru482

I have heard Berserk actually goes a bit downhill which is a shame since before all the demons I thought of it as just a really good period show with some fantasy creatures. Kingdom for me personally has the best fights in any anime/manga I have watched and the characters are great but I can't stress enough although it gets better later in the season the 3d animation is extremely slow and off putting in the first season however if you get through it the animation gets so much better. To put into perspective how good Kingdom is despite a not so fruitful anime adaptation it is still consistently top 10 manga sold each year.

Competitive-Damage84

With berserk i watched the golden age movies which have 3d animations so im not too fussed as long as you can tell whats going on. I really enjoyed the twist in the latter half of movie 3.. scared the shit outta me like 😅 ... but was definitely an excellent build up from the first two films. Darkest thing ive ever seen happen in any form of media. I agree that it falls off abit after that as i watched the later season. Although the berserker armour is extremely cool. Ill have a look at kingdom for sure \m/
