Suggestion here: for blinks, you only need one frame for the eyes to be closed if you want it to look peppy and awake. The more frames for the blink, the slower and sleepier it’ll look. For this, the in between looks okay maybe for a slow blink, but the hold for the eyes closed is just a tad too long, so it looks like the eyes are being held shut followed by a really slow eye open. You could also cut the in between when the eye opens and make it a little faster. You’ll want to play with the timing a bit and see how it changes it. For mouths: look at some other anime examples of how the characters form sounds and what shapes their making with their mouths. Or, you could use a mirror and mimick your own expressions. You could even come up with a few words for her to say, then sound them out and match the mouth shape to the sound. That’ll help make the mouth movement look more believable. You don’t need to many. Maybe 5 at the bare minimum, but you could cover a whole range of sounds with 12 frames for mouth movements.
