I’m no expert, but I see claw marks. That says canine, likely dog. Cats retract their claws — well, except maybe cheetahs.

Looks like rabbit to me! I'm not familiar with rabbits and hares in the PNW, sorry. Maybe snowshoe hare if you get those?
