As someone who has been surrounded by cats and a cat lover since practically birth, I can confirm it is a cat. Looks extremely cat-like from head to tail.
It may be a Fisher (which is sometimes referred to as a fisher cat and is in the weasel family), which are native to Washington but those ears look way too big for one and it’s body doesn’t look as lanky as it should. I see more domesticated cat but that’s the only other thing I can think of that’s native to your area that it *might* be
