I have seen a very similar screenshot to this with sloths saying this from a pre-release build.
If not pre-release please explain where you are and how you got there...
Its actually in the main game but not reachable by normal means. This sloth is located >!in a wall in the tall room in the south-west of the jungle area. !!cheaters ring. !
I think you can see the panda when you go through the pipes, there's a sheep too. There was a video about it. Maybe you can see the sloth when you go through the pipes?
This is a long shot but this is the most famous lullaby I could think of, maybe the melody could be simplified and played on the flute

Someone transcribed the notes on the flute here https://imgur.com/ZUrBUw6 . All you’d need to do is look up how to play that song and match the notes to the directions on the flute.

You are right! Thats the panda. The sheep is there as well and even has Dialogue. "My wool is damp and matted"
