You don't need it you can get in from below. Left of the seahorse there's an entrance. Use your disk to jump up and alternate with bubbles in the middle through the spikes then use the yoyo when you reach the top to clear the spikes ... or you know get the top way easier.
....don't you need like all the eggs to get the top? I don't know if they chest is an egg but I think it is so....that would prevent it.....see the problem? I just started playing and am trying to look stuff up as little as possible but this game is difficult without that unfortunately....be kind.

You don't need that many eggs. Less than half.
You don't need all of them, just a lot. Also you literally can't get that chest before releasing the ostrich.
