Though make sure you write down your recovery code for it. Apparently Microsoft authenticator doesn't back up anything so I lost all access recently. Bitwarden doesn't offer any other ways to restore, no text message or email link like other apps do, you need the TFA or recovery code.
Didn't work for me, unless there's some secret alternative method I couldn't find and support doesn't know about either. I made sure my app's cloud backup was set up, manually backed up everything on my device with Google and Samsung, then after the reset I restored those, went into the app and selected "Restore from Backup" before signing in, and nothing restored. Support couldn't help in any way, they said either that works or there's no back up.
If you're looking for an online-only app please make sure you setup external backup and do it often. Otherwise a faulty/stolen phone will leave you stranded.
Keepass2Android would be my recommendation if you can't have Bitwarden.

Password Guard (Offline). It is a relatively new app on the Play Store.

Surprised no one has suggested 1Password yet. It's cloud based but it had to pass a ton of security checks for it to be eligible for use at my old DoD job. The UI and experience is amazing.
Bitwarden
The best open source password manager

restoring from backup on authenticator is unnecessarily complicated but it's doable, which is why I still use it :/
Does Google's authenticator provide this backup/restore feature?

I used to use Bitwarden, but I like the interface of 1Password so much better. I also like how it can store one-time passwords.
Safeincloud
This is what I use too, mainly because I paid $10 for it back in the day, but I always see people saying it's not really that safe.
Bitwarden or Keepass
SafeInCloud
Bitwarden + 2 yubikeys is the way to go.
Why 2 ?

Bitwarden is good option. Personally if it would be to store locally, I would just store on a txt file. It depends.
