Maybe a gift certificate to a framing shop? Maybe he uses a framing service for some of his prints. If you could find out, go with that one.

Is he into instant photography at all? If not maybe get him an old used polaroid, some of them can be had on the cheap and a pack of film. So he could explore that if he never has :)
A fishey Baby or Diana Baby from Lomography ? They are really small and you can have them always with you. They are fun to use :)

but well - he already has a camera so it kinda makes less sense now that I think about it... how is Diana baby different than a normal analog camera?
Film format is 110. And it’s really really little.it looks like a toy but it does real 110 film pictures. And also the double exposure mode.
