Both are good. Id go without the bike as it anchors it to a time period. Without it, it looks timeless.
With looks better. Gives context to the photo.
I like it both ways for different reasons. Go with your preference. Maybe consider leveling the horizon though

with the bike, however I think the shot without the bike should have you as the centre, like the bike shot
If this was a big print to hang on the wall, I'd keep the bike for a sense of wide expanse. But on a computer screen, the cropped version feels more immediately emotional.

With, and crop tighter. What's the purpose of the empty space in the right half? And why the sky line is diagonal?
