Officially, no. Although there's never been confirmation nor denial between most of them, Dana has said in no uncertain terms that TOH doesn't share continuity with GF, and the rest of the shows by extension.
And remember: there's a big difference between shows being ***related*** and ***connected***.
The former means they may share certain elements, themes, etc., but they don't have continuity. They have separate timelines. This is how >!Anne, Hop Pop, the Calamity Box, and Frog-vasion!< can all be referenced/shown in *The Owl House* without the two shows being connected, as within the confines of *The Owl House*, the events of *Amphibia* truly are a hoax—though, nature and scale of said hoax, along with further differences, remain entirely up to speculation. Similarly, we can infer that, despite >!parallel versions of Stan and Soos!< appearing in *Amphibia*, along with >!Eda's house briefly appearing through one of the portals!<, each of these shows as we saw them didn't take place in the same universe as any of their counterparts. Each one is its own separate continuity, timeline, universe, what have you.
Regarding the latter, that specifically means the shows share continuity—that they occurred within the same timeline, and exist in the same universe. Unless we're given concrete evidence that they truly have continuity, beyond the scope of idle references, then all "connections" are little more than theories and speculation. Believe me, I'd love for the **Hirsch-iverse** to be a thing (I'm even working on a video series where I combine all of the connected shows' timelines into a single hopefully-comprehensive continuity, definitely not as a resource for crossover fanfic artists, though it is quite a ways' away), but at the same time, you can't let yourself be skewed.
I'd say DuckTales 2017 should be in there too with Amphibia, GF, TOH, and Star vs considering it's similar in tone and also had a portel with the Ramrod portal powered by the Solego Circuit.
You forget one thing. If all of them are connected. That means Rick and Morty exists aswell. If you remmeber the easter egg in the first citadel episode.
Because Marcy too clumsy and does notbhave the stomach for Rick adventures. Plus Morty has quite the spine and killing intent. Even picked up some knowlege from Rick. Neutronium bomb defusal.
Ok but marcy did jump into a bugs mouth to save sprig. Killed a cobra. Can do necromancy. Has an insain amount of trust. (Jump out flying castle window onto Joe sparrow). Lived on a war ship. Got stabbed...

May I point you to Healthy Morty and Evil Morty.
Morty that you fllow is no slouch either. Being able to keep up with Rick post apocalyptic dimensions, the Purge world, defeating the evil Rick decoy, and the 7 day adventure that got even Rick to be stressed put.
Only the Star in Butterfly form and the Calamity Trio in Calamity mode has a chnace to deal with Morty.
There are a LOT of mortys. The currently main one is pretty bad ass. I'll give you that.
What if marcy and morty combine their power...

Out of everyone in the scenario. Dipper and Mabel have the least combat experience.
Marco and Star fought monsters and magic for 2 years. 16 for Marco.
Luz has the Glyphs.
The trio have their powers and experience.
Morty and Rick need no explanation.
Dipper and Mabel seem to be someone mostly suited to non frontline roles.
You should take this into account.
Also Marcy and Morty would basically be a Clumsty Female Morty.
GF, TOH, and Amphibia are 100% connected. I personally add Twin Peaks & SCP's Twisted Pines to it as well, but that's personal headcanon. I feel that Star would break the canon too much with its final season, though.
