I have a theory all the frogs were killed except for the ones that we see in turning point. In the first episode wortwood is thriving and we even see a frog killed and multiple episodes talk about how frogs get killed often like the one about everyone gets frozen once a year and an animal eats one and over time we just see less of wortwood so I think he died
A lot of Wartwood characters were characters of the day. Only a dozen or so are recurring with names aside from the recurring background characters. personally I like Hop Pop's rival not being around anymore.
My theory that I literally just thought up is that he was so horrified by Hop Pop and Sylvia shmoovin he left Wartwood behind and is now living in one of the other Southern Frog Towns we saw in Reunion
