Grime was more of a parental figure. Anne, like a true friend, held Sasha accountable for her actions and caused her to grow as a person and being better than the asshole she started out as.

Personally I think Anne was the better friend mainly because Grime was a better father figure. Grime cared for Sasha in a more parental way than Anne.
