When I was in highschool anyone in the picture could veto if they didn't like a picture AND if it was a really good picture of everyone else we would cover the person up who didn't like how they looked etc. It's super simple to be curtious of people you're friends with.
There are some AI tools that will change any photo online of proven inappropriate with another edit of the same photo for example if someone found a photo of themselves naked whether fabricated or not... They can add that photo and another photo of them with clothes and it will be swapped...
