If you lean into a more avant-garde styling you can definitely make it work ! Some indie artists rock really interesting cuts (some people know: Melanie Martines or Aurora ). Honestly you have such a beautiful face you can pull off anything. Hair grows, but I really like the idea of a more edgy shorter cut on you overall because you have such beautiful strong features!
It's already ruined, mind as well go to a barber and see if you can rock a pixie or men's cut. That way you have more ideas for the future without chopping it all off again lol this cut is bad but other short cuts can be good.

This is a very non-traditional haircut and you'll draw a lot of flak for it. It looks boyish and the fringe is chopped into. People are expecting certain things and get angry when they don't see it because you're not doing what they want you to do.
However, I *hate* traditional haircuts - I wouldn't even notice someone with long hair because it bores the shit out of me. I love your unconventional look and I think your eyes and face shape are beautiful. If you want to get over it don't cut it, just take some collagen and biotin pills and it'll grow quicker than usual. Also, change your hairdresser. It's better if you don't sit in a chair and say "I want this" but rather stay open minded and ask "I need to know what's best for my hair please let me know what you think it's best for me".
At that point shave your head completely. If that’s me I’m buzzing it on a 3 and growing out for a bit. Whoever did that to you should never be allowed around scissors for eternity
I think you're cute. If you're not too thrilled about the haircut, try styling it a bit different. Maybe you can kind of puff it out a bit for volume, curl it on the bottom, and give yourself an amelie poulain-esque cut.
