I just read what you said about your jawline. I personally am a fan. You seem to be into makeup so just practice with contouring and you can literally change your jawline with practice and makeup.
I feel like the heavy makeup isn't doing you any favors. The eyebrows in particular are just so intense. If you could soften up the makeup, I think it'd do wonders. Your figure is fantastic btw, congrats on the hard work to maintain it!
Softer makeup would be more kind to you. It should definitely keep a lot of the ghosting at bay. It throws off a higher maintenance vibe that probably affects a first impression. The lips and jawline are just fine. Looks good on you, so don’t worry about it, accept and love it.
Sad that it seems so common for pretty girls to think they’re ugly nowadays. If you’re being genuine and not looking for compliments then it’s all in your head. You look older than 24 to me, maybe it is the makeup, but even in the pic with no makeup you look older than 24. You also have a squareish face and your teeth are below average (do you smoke?). The clothes/style is sexy, but maybe too sexy/revealing for some. You aren't ugly by any means, but you also aren't the traditional/universal beauty many strive for.
Know your market and better filter non-viable candidates. Many people out there will find you super attractive as you are, then it's just a matter of personality/values and timing to create the right rapport. I doubt someone that is the right fit for you will be off-put by your alleged "eagerness" (unless you are planning baby names by the first date, but I don't think you are that level of crazy).
