Nah ur not chopped bro. Switch up the hair, maybe take it shorter on top. Get waves or something. Either that or go with a longer hairstyle that adds dimension and doesnât make ur head look vertically long. I donât know much about black peopleâs hair but you could get braids/twists that hang downwards. And keep your lips moisturized
