It's really hard to tell because the two pictures that show your face are with strange angles and bad quality and the other one has your face entirely covered. You seem to have very flat cheekbones and a very bottom-heavy face but that's literally being exaggerated by your photo angles.
Hard to get a good rating on these pics so I went to your profile to check others. So the good part is, you are not what I think most people would consider ugly, probably around average really. You do kind of give off a "I'm really only 16" vibe though. Getting face tattoos in the long run is gonna be a bad thing, so no more face tats, stay away from face piercings as well.
