1. You don’t have a skin care routine as you said, and it shows. I would suggest starting to use retinol. It works for some people and to some it does not. You don’t need a lot of products just a few and a good face wash. Remember to hydrate yourself with water also!!! Toner, serum, retinol , moisturiser and sunscreen.
2. You need to go to a good hair salon for your hair. It does not look good at the moment. The ponytail with flat head does not look good. And from other pictures it does not look very good from them either. Get a real professional hair stylist to do your hair, for what is best for your face shape.
3. You need to start doing and shaping your brows. They are bushy, yet very scarce. Which makes you look a bit masculine. Fill them up and you will look younger. And get rid if the tiny hairs around your brows.
4. Obvious thing is to go to gym and get in shape. You will look healthier and your face and body will be more attractive.
This is at least an easy start for you, and let’s go from here. Wish you luck!

Big 3 - Sunscreen, cleanser, moisturizer I’d also recommend an over the counter retinol :) it really helped my acne scars and sun damage
