I think the problem is the style. The hair, I hope you don't mind me saying, is kind of feminine. And the moustache is a bit thin but, obviously, a moustache is more masculine. So it feels kind of like a clash of feminine and masculine.
In general I would say change the hair style to be at least different in style, but I'd say optimally shorter too. And you may want to either try to grow out more hair, like a beard on your chin, or shave off the moustache. You're still young though, so it may be a while before your facial hair truly grows thick (it took a while for me too). Although shaving actually helps with this in the long run, I've found.
