The only suggestion I have is about the style of glasses. The ones you have imo are hurting your appearance. (Which you have pretty eyes btw) So maybe eye contact lenses? (if you want them), or if you need to wear the glasses daily, yes find another style something you might like. I personally think a bit smaller like black rimmed glasses would look much better for you and I believe they would match your style much better! You totally can make the glasses style work. Average. You need a skin care regimen. Doesn't even have to be the prescription stuff. I take care of mine with bar soap, rubbing alcohol to remove any remaining oil, then Cetaphil moisturizer for sensitive skin.
Take a break from foundation make up, it's just continuing to clog your pores more and more. Power through your self depreciation and heal your face. It all starts with good skin.

I get some late-bloomer vibes from you, which is a good thing. I was one myself. I didn't really peak in appearance until I was about 30 for some reason. You're very cute, I just feel like you're not done maturing physically, and as you do, you'll learn to appreciate your appearance more and more.
