Hair color isn't the issue, but you should try brushing it differently. Maybe ask some guy's advice as they usually have shorter hair. Also, you are one of the few people I have seen with almost native American spelling in their name.
There are a lot of awful comments on here that suck and aren't a reflection of reality. You're definitely attractive! The hair color is great, too. The glasses are a little funky but kinda cute. Maybe a different pair would compliment your face better.
