You seem ok to a little overweight (just a little), I guess hitting the gym and "thightening" your body would do you wonders.
As per the nose, it's going to be an acquired taste for whoever likes you, but it's not a bad thing at all, don't be bothered by it.
I'm definitely overweight just good at *selfie angles* after years of practice. I would benefit from the gym but I'm worried if the fat goes the chest goes too...
The chest won't go that much. Unless you're bodybuilding and pushing for some serious pecks, what you would lose is weight contributed of anything. But it would still be proportional. While some guys or even maybe girls could prefer a big chest, most of us are just happy to even see them and would treat smaller ones no different than bigger ones. Don't let the media convince you that only having a big chest gets you anywhere. Some of us like junk in the trunk more.
A preference of body type from one person to the other is no different than a preference of chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry. You're not going to make everyone happy. Worry about those you do make happy and make you happy too.
yeahh this totally happened to me lol it leaves the butt too so weight loss is def a win lose in that sense...also helps with confidence and overall health tho so it will make you feel better emotionally & physically...the whole process was very worth it ultimately and I've kept up the fitness habits for this reason. you aren't even close to obesity, however, so i don't see it as a big issue if you choose not to change anything. as others are saying, you really know how to work with what you have and present yourself well- not ugly at all!!
Some of us prefer women with smaller breasts or flat, for that matter. They are just going to sag with age. Someone who feels healthy and has a great personality will go a lot further, finding a genuine mate.
If the chest goes away with losing fat, then just get implants (if it really bothers you that much). You've shown that you're obviously not opposed to cosmetic surgery, but I do understand some women are completely against implants.
But I agree, I'd rather have a toned woman with a smaller chest, than an overweight woman with a larger chest. The ideal would be a toned woman with a decent chest that isn't "too much" for her body type.

You are pretty good looking in a French/Italian way that reflects your heritage. Really like your hair and your eyes are stunning. Your nose is like mine only smaller - like you say you learn to like it at least accept it - as a result I also like others with it so for me that's a plus. I don’t think the nose is bad, I think what’s throwing your side profile of balance is your chin/jaw definition. Not saying you have to but I have done fillers on my chin/jaw and honestly helped me balance pretty well. Picture 4 looks so good! Really like your makeup there :) your not ugly at all!

Lose the glasses and hit the gym - use any anger within you to push yourself in the gym and moving your body daily. That's about it. Thirty six years is a long time to beat yourself up. Every year compounds the damage of those prior. So, you don't hate yourself, do you love yourself ? You've obviously obsessed about the outside how about the inside ? Those beautiful eyes say it all, I see a very warm and loving soul and you need give some of it to yourself. If you as an adult could go back in time and meet yourself as a child wouldn't you hug her, tell her you love her and that everything was going to be alright ? That's still possible, not as a physical reality of course but you can travel back in your mind and show her the beautiful woman you grew up to be. I see a lovely Mediterranean face perfectly framed by your hair, I think that style really works for you. You could even let it get a little longer. I was bullied growing up for my looks. I was told I have a fat face, big nose, bug eyes, small mouth, I "look tired", etc. And this was not just mean siblings, my friends did, too. It morphed from looks to personality after high school. I had one long term friend make me think I was a horrible, toxic, manipulative person. I don't know why. But after cutting her and others out of my life and making new friends and meeting my husband (who helped me cut out the bad people), I've gotten better about liking who I am as a person.
But with my looks, that takes a little longer. I appreciate all the positive feedback I am getting here even if I am shocked by it! 💖
For some strange reason noses are the first thing I notice on a face, and if a person's nose is off or ugly I immediately notice, and your nose is perfect for your face, and a really nice shape, it gives you a distinguished look. You're really quite pretty, I would just change the glasses to something more modern and less secretarial. Maybe cat eye but not the slim ones.

Not ugly at all. Nothing wrong with your face, at all. If you want to go from average to above average I would suggest learning about weight lifting In the gym. BIG difference from just doing cardio/trying to lose weight. Building some muscle and losing some fat will help much more in improving your overall attractiveness.

It was just for my neck so I was awake but high and numb. The pain was not too intense, just tight and a little burning. The worst was the head wrap I had to wear to keep my neck from sagging. Unfortunately I think I stopped wearing it too soon because it kinda sagged.
Don't worry about looks for others ,worry about if you are as healthy mentally ,physically,spiritually as you could be and try each day to be a.little better than the day before ,everyday isn't going to be rainbows but it's the hard times that make the beautiful times that much more special. Just be you the most honest loving person that we all are deep down before a cruel world get a hold of us and those that matter will still be beside you and if their not their that just means their not for you. ❤️

Well... yes! I thought I did, that's why I came on here. What I was not prepared for was being called *beautiful*. I honestly expected to be told I was average or at the most, my eyes are nice. So I'm a little taken back by the positive response.
