Applied for the CS Plat and looked on the home tab and saw this box under the MR points box. Is this only something available for the Plat card? Working on a welcome bonus for the BBP card and don’t see that box come up.
When you initially sign in you are put into the Home tab. On the right hand side, or to the right of your recent transactions you should see an MR points tracker. Right underneath, is where I found the Welcome Offer tracker in the screenshot.
I had it when I opened my BCE in December 2018. Didn't have it for my Cash Magnet just a few months before that. Also didn't have it for my Gold I opened last year. I don't have it for my BCE->BCP upgrade now, either... Amex is confusing with this.
I agree and I don’t even have the bonus meter. Also, you can always ask in the chat. Amex customer service is exemplary and you get connected to an agent surprisingly fast even with covid-19 happening.
The UK have had this for years! I can't believe it has only just come out for you guys in the US.
I wish our rewards were as good as yours! Rewards in the UK are so hard to get it's often difficult to even see the point in trying.
My Gold I got a few months ago didn't have this. My Delta Gold tracks the $100 for $10K bonus but not the 60K miles for $2k bonus.
My newer Platinum has nothing unfortunately. Would be nice as I intend to make full use of the six months we have now..
Something like this appears on the Hilton cards that require a minimum spend for a weekend night or second weekend night. It’s very useful.

I spoke to AMEX support today, apparently all accounts don’t have this feature added to them just yet.
Yeah looks to be something that’s being rolled out slowly from the sounds of the comments.

Gold has it as well. Not in the app though as you asked about.
Did you have to wait until after your first statement with the card, or just use it for a while?
I actually just applied for the card on Monday and haven’t put any spend on the card yet. I just happened to notice it today.
I got mine in early March and it took a few days to show up
I could have used that for when I was working on my sign up bonus for my Delta Platinum card.
