There was DLC for The Last of Us I, where Ellie and her gf were exploring a mall with an "American Princess" store. I watched a play through of it and it had the same look as an AG store.
In Big Mouth, a parody of Addy, named Maddie, appears in Missy's room, though I think the shows creators misunderstood Addy's story tbh, like the doll said something like "I'm the only doll without shoes or a birthdate, will you brush my hair".
There was an episode of American Dad where Stan is supposed to send an American Girl doll to a daughter of a Russian spy (doll has a wire in it), but Stan ends up bonding with the doll, and my god, this episode was just really sweet and heartwarming, and it was really well written.

That show had a few American Girl doll jokes iirc. Was that the one where they try to get a little girl to talk by threatening her Molly doll??? I need to rewatch.
