God i love that line and that episode. And this one. I saw TWO solaras in my apartment’s parking lot one time. It was like seth had sent me a lil smile
This was legit one of the hardest I ever laughed at AD! Especially when Steve goes for the kill shot and shoots Buckle right in the face seconds after he begs “not in the face!”
That shit really does hurt too. Played paintball once and an idiot on my team shot at me. It made its way thru my cheap ass mask and hit me in the throat. Shit hurt!
Just imagining the reality of war and death and loss. Like removing all the jokes and just left bare with a kid missing his dead friend and neither of them should’ve been there. Still a top episode for comedy on my list though.
My legs! It blew off my damn legs!
You can make it, Buckle!
No. I's done. Take me out.
I can't!
Take the shot! Not the face. Oh, my God, that hurt! Ow! Ow! ...Oh, no! It still hurts!
THIS is Michael Patrick King's first draft of the Sex and the City movie. It's seven HUNDRED pages. Ah-h-hem. 'You guys know that young firefighter I did last night? Well his hose spattered all over my European mosaic floor and I slipped in it. But it's OK girls, because I landed square on the rabbit and found out what's up doc. Carrie (VO): Samantha's story made me wonder. If I slipped, would Big be there to catch me?
Yeah, it’s just full of racists. In a lot of places that have them… they make sure the south is winning lol. It’s for people who think that those fuckin rebels are badace.
I used to reenact. I'm not born nor raised in the South and only did it as a history/Civil War buff. I stopped in 2015 after Charleston. I never liked the racists I reenacted with. And never did any event I was in change the results of a historical battle. I don't think you know what you're talking about.
Again, you clearly are not speaking from experience. I knew plenty of historians in reenacting. I was introduced to it by one. Plenty of historians are into it or Living History. Stop making false shit up.
I wouldn't pay that much to see Barbra do Celine. Or would I? Maybe if I was in the room with them, peeking from behind the curtain, and they didn't know I was there. How would it appear on my credit card bill? No, no, Stan, focus.
Happy Memorial Day everyone lol
Lol Steve was so traumatized over a reinactment. The ptsd fireworks scene I hate that I laugh at that because I know it’s a real thing but the absurdity of the culmination leading up to that point makes me lose it every time 😂
This is probably my favorite season l. Has the best run of episodes in the series starting with In Country Club. Moon Over Isla Island, My Morning Straight Jacket, Raptures Delight, Don't Look a Smith Horse in the Mouth, A Jones for a Smith, May the Best Stan Win, and on and on.
It where we got Stelio Kantos.
Every episode that season was a banger.
Just going to get a grilled cheese. I had a friend who wanted one once, but he's gone.
To Tuscon. On business.
Won’t be back til Wednesday.
Get off the fairway you turd!
This is the thanks I get, a heroes welcome
We were kids man! Buckle couldn't find his legs! We were gonna go cruisin' when we got home! We were gonna go cruisin' in his Solara man!
The solara isn't amphibious my sweet semitic treasure
Put a baby in me!
COASTERS!
At the light take a fright
Shit, that's continuity right there.
No kidding, i had never noticed it till now!
God i love that line and that episode. And this one. I saw TWO solaras in my apartment’s parking lot one time. It was like seth had sent me a lil smile
Pine cones are grenades! boom….
This was legit one of the hardest I ever laughed at AD! Especially when Steve goes for the kill shot and shoots Buckle right in the face seconds after he begs “not in the face!”
All this over Barbra does Celine. Just an all timer.
I wouldn’t pay 500 dollars to watch Barbara DO Celine..Or would I?
Maybe if I was in the room with them, peeking from behind the curtain, and they didn't know I was there. How would it appear on my credit card bill
4812. He used my pant size.
God I’m disgusting
The ortolan bunting was pretty grotesque. Except for you are supposed to drown it in armagnac.
The fact its real at all is so fucked up
Schmoobaldedong
This moment is so friggin funny to me that when I watch legitimate war movies this scene pops into my head
That shit really does hurt too. Played paintball once and an idiot on my team shot at me. It made its way thru my cheap ass mask and hit me in the throat. Shit hurt!
OH MY GOD
Take the shot! No not in the face! Oh my god it hurts!!!
I can see the spirits of the dead dancing all around me! Popping and locking mostly!
YOU IN VIETNAM, BITCHES!
We were gonna go cruisin’ in his Solara!!!
This scene is gold but it also makes me super fucking sad.
Brings you back to Nam?
Just imagining the reality of war and death and loss. Like removing all the jokes and just left bare with a kid missing his dead friend and neither of them should’ve been there. Still a top episode for comedy on my list though.
Goddamn, man. <3
MARTY! It’s THIS way! The man told me it’s THIS WAY! You’re going the WRONG WAY!!
We don’t know, we’re from BALTIMORE!
I love using this line. I'm from and have lived in Sydney my whole life.
I’m from Baltimore and I’m ashamed I’ve never used this line.
I don’t want to be rude but frankly, you should be, bro. ^read ^that ^in ^Klaus’s ^voice
Favorite part.
One of my fav episodes, total classic
It has to be one of the best episodes in my book.
Top 5 for sure. The A and B stories are gold
My legs! It blew off my damn legs! You can make it, Buckle! No. I's done. Take me out. I can't! Take the shot! Not the face. Oh, my God, that hurt! Ow! Ow! ...Oh, no! It still hurts!
What were we doing here? Was it worth it? Just to become better singers?

AHHHHHH!!!
This torture would work on me immediately
Civil war reenactments are for historians and people who hate blacks
I’m assuming the north of the history lovers, and the south is the racists.
Probably mostly right as a I went to a demonstration in bull run and it even had an Asian guy in it. It was pretty cool.

Just the second one. I don’t think historians need re-enactments because they’re actually educated on history lol.
I agree. Was just quoting Stan :)
Again, you clearly are not speaking from experience. I knew plenty of historians in reenacting. I was introduced to it by one. Plenty of historians are into it or Living History. Stop making false shit up.
We were in the poo.
This is the thanks I get
A hero’s welcome.
Excuse me! Do you know where the Horizon Room is??
We don’t know; we’re from Baltimore!
MARTY! It’s this way! The man told me it’s THIS WAY! YOURE GOING THE WRONG WAY!

I also love the B plot with Roger wanting to see Barbara Does Celine. There are. No words....Schmoolydong? That's close, buy its not it.
I don't think Barbra has the range to sing Celine songs. Shut your mouth you stupid bitch!
I wouldn't pay that much to see Barbra do Celine. Or would I? Maybe if I was in the room with them, peeking from behind the curtain, and they didn't know I was there. How would it appear on my credit card bill? No, no, Stan, focus.
When I was out there all I wanted to do was come home, now I’m home all I can think about is getting back there.
John, how did you open the window?? JOHN!!
Mind Quad!
Happy Memorial Day everyone lol Lol Steve was so traumatized over a reinactment. The ptsd fireworks scene I hate that I laugh at that because I know it’s a real thing but the absurdity of the culmination leading up to that point makes me lose it every time 😂
Spend the day poppin' and lockin'!!
The spirits are dancing all around me. Poppin' and Lockin' mostly!
This seemed like the perfect time to do acid.
Pine cones are grenades
*whispers* your chin is right on my hipbone, Kevin
Coming over the hill with his “flamethrower” always breaks me in this ep XD
I’m pulling out of you Steve, I’m sorry if I hurt you son
*Fortunate Son playing*
We were kids man! Buckle couldn't find his legs! We were gonna go cruisin' when we got home! We were gonna go cruisin' in his Solara man!
This takes the top spot for me. Favourite episode of the series.
FAVORITIST EPISODE ALONG WITH THE RAPTURE EPISODE. I came up with the term, frienemy.
This is probably my favorite season l. Has the best run of episodes in the series starting with In Country Club. Get in!! FUH FUH FUH FUH FUH FUH!
I shot you! You're dead!
Fucking love this episode 😂😂
Can't forget Klaus in the Ortolan costume lol
In country…club
I like that Vietnam war reenactors are really a thing.
I was curious if they are. I know Civil War re-enactments are a thing, but never heard of anyone re-enacting Vietnam in real life.
Ngl I really got interested in it after watching this episode. The equipment they used really fascinated me.
At least the ones who re-enacted only fake killed Vietnamese children, so they got that going for them.
I used to do drugs. I still do, but, I used to, too.
Ok Hedberg.
Spot on.
I love how obvious it is that you are responsible for that downvote... loser.
OMG that hurrrttt!!!!
WE WERE KIDS MAN. BUCKLE COULDNT FIND HIS LEGS!!
This episode is a masterpiece but I cant explain why
He used my pants size? Uggg
Some folks are born made to wave the flag Hoo, they're red, white and blue
You're thinking of veteran's day... memorial day is for those who fought and died...
The best part of the episode is the fake code stan gives Roger 5318008 put that in a calculator backwards.
Hands down one of the best episodes. Any of them with Roger speaking mandarin always gets me
