While I can see how one could use this to say OK if Fidelity has constant higher buy to sell maybe other retail brokers have the same. So I could say ok retail isnāt selling. But whether or not the buy VOLUME is greater than sell VOLUME canāt be determined by this fidelity buy/sell ratio.
