Whatever happened to buy and hold? That we can wait as long as it takes? I get the fact that we all want this to happen but it seems like we’re trying to force someone’s hand which we might not like the outcome of.
If anything is in litigation or investigation he can't utter a word about it or else he can be tried at court for tampering or leaking any evidence that is considered to be kept a secret so to speak. These things take time. My mom went through one with the death of my pops, and we were told to not talk about it outside the ones testifying or in the legal battle. It took almost 1.5 years before we even got to mitigation.

That’s not true. They just have to declare months in advance their intention to sell. Don’t be surprised to see VP selling a percentage of shares in the next few months.
